And since tasklist is long, and tasks are huge, the activists often ask --- "how can we recallists possibly manage to get enough activists / citizens / engineers / money to do all these tasks?". And isnt there a shorter way?

FA-Question-1 -- Is there any way to improve India which puts lesser burden on activists? Any short cuts?

Answer --- NO.
.
There are several shorter "plans" to improve India. But they all hopelessly ignore the problem of rising foreign domination in India. And they also ignore the FACT that Military strength matters. And they also ignore the FACT that ratios of military strengths of India / China and India / USA is worsening day by day by day. Essentially, these plans ignore long term threats on India and dont have any proposed means to improve the Military.

Also, most plan makers ignore the fact that they will need support of either 2/3rd of the existing MPs OR support of at least 200,000 activists and 45 crore voters. Now they are aware of the fact that many of their proposals will be rejected by MPs, And so they need support of 45 core voters and support of 200,000 activists to realize their proposals. But IMO, they are NOT aware that they need support of 200,000 activists and 45 crore voters. And they have NO plans to read 200,000 activists and no plan to reach 75 crore voter. They seemed to have assumed that some lotteries will fall from sky, and their support base will grow to crores of voters. Essentially, IMO, their "plan" look simple because their plans are horribly incomplete !!! It doesnt even have any estimate on the size of number of activists they need and number of voters they need.

The reason why my tasks are huge is because I have given full estimate of the work, Most senior activists either dont know the volume of task OR have no plans OR have made some simple assumptions OR, they are just fooling junior activists..

So IMO, all shortcuts are incomplete. And IMO, there is no shortcut. We recallists must convert 200,000 activists into recallists and convince them to explain RRG-drafts to 75 crore voters. That is minimum work needed for ALL plans. And thats the minimum work we also need.

My answer ---

I broadly divide citizens in a country into following category
.
A. Govt officers in general adminstartion / record keeping ; and MPs, MLAs and Ministers to instruct the officers,
.
B. Soldiers / policemen to deal with violent criminals or invaders
.
C. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors inside Govt
.
D. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors outside govt i.e. in private sector -- may be contractor to govt.
.
E. Unskilled and less skilled labor
.
F. Investors - who have made money by labor, skills, luck or inheritance or via right / nefarious means ; they have a lot of wealth, and want to invest in businesses
.
G. Activists
.
There will overlap. i.e. A person can be activist, as well as a skilled or unskilled labor.

Now under new RTR / Jury based regime, will it be possible for Indian voters and activists to attain same level of weapon manufacturing as USA has attained? After all, success of RRG-activists is NOT forcing MPs to print RRG-law-drafts, But success is deciding how good weapon manufacturing of India becomes after RTR/Jury drafts come, So under new RTR / Jury, will India attain same level of weapon manufacturing as USA?

Weapon manufacturing requires highly skilled engineers, scientists, investors and committed Ministers, and citizens who agree to let these 4 people work and also pay them taxes to manufacture weapons. So, after RTR / Jury etc drafts come, will we be activists and citizens be able to have engineers / scientists as intelligent / skilled and productive as engineers / scientists in USA? Will investors agree to invest? Will we be able to get committed Ministers? And will citizens agree to let them work and give them taxes to manufacture weapons?

My answer is ---- YES
.
Intelligence is uniform all across world. Every country has people as intelligent as people in USA --- not less and not more. After all, USA itself is made up of people across world.
.
But people are NOT equally productive across world. Engineers, labor and factory owners in USA are far far more productive then rest of the world. Why? And how can we activists and voters get same productivity in India?
.
Productivity ---- The difference in productivity IMO is ONLY because of the law-drafts and NOT genes or culture or religion or beliefs or upbringing or attitudes or mentality. The productivity of engineers / scientists / factory owners depend on how LESS is the false harassment caused to them by (a) false labor cases (b) govt officers (c) competitors (d) errant family members (e) public at large Lesser the false harassment, more the productivity. And other factor is --- of the wealth they generate, how much can they keep and how much do they have to give to society / govt for protection, distribution etc. More the money they can keep, more they can invest and expand / innovate. There are 10s of other factors as well. But all are determined by the law-drafts. eg Jury System reduces false harassment while judge system increases false harassment,. RTR reduces false harassment, referendum reduces false harassment, VAT / GST increases false legal harassment , while wealth tax reduces false harassment, Regressive taxes reduce the income of consumer and so reduce opportunity for industry to grow. Flat taxes offer more opportunity to grow. Progressive tax is an illusion --- it is meant to cover regressive taxes !!!

Skills ----- skills depend on lack of harassment and competition. More the competition and lesser the harassment, more the new players. And more the new players, more the skills. As new players enter, employers work hard to add skills to themselves and their engineers and scientists, Only a little skill comes from colleges or schools. Much of the skills come only from functioning competitive factories !!!

Investment ----- Investors look for profits, Less bad tax laws and less harassment from govt increases profit margins, and so investors jump in. And if investors dont come in round one, then land prices will fall, wages will fall, and so profit margins will increase and so now investors will come. IOW, once law-drafts are fixed, investors come. And local investors will suffice. We DO NOT need any FDI.

Committed Ministers ---- RTR / Jury will reduce corrupt Ministers / officers at all levels. And so committed Ministers will face lesser hurdles in rising to higher levels.

Summarizing, RTR / Jury based law-drafts will ensure that (a) productivity of engineers / scientists / labor and factory owners increases, (b) skills of engineers / scientists / labor and factory owners increases (c) investors are well motivated and (d) Ministers are committed as well as enabling.
.
So we will manage to reach the level of USA. And if our law-drafts remain better than USA, than we may manage to overtake USA in a few years. How to survive within those few years -is "open" question i.e. I do NOT have answer to that !!! Weaponization of commons will help. We should also deter US elitemen by threatening to create anti-immigration movement inside USA and a secessionist movement in India. But options are limited. Five years after RTR / Jury comes, we will have enough weapons to ensures that no one dares to attack. But managing those five years wll NOT be easy, and will incur a lot of loss.

FA question-3 : Why IMO as many tasks as possible MUST be carried out in parallel

Answer : some tasks can be started ONLY after preceeding tasks are done. But many tasks can be and MUST be done in parallel. Partial completion of one task will give positive feedback to another tasks, which will give positive feedback to the former task.

eg
.
A) We have 500 recallists today. Say we inform 10000 voters in next week about RTR-drafts. Then some 200 may send SMS and put their SMS text on FB and twitter, And this will further inform 5000 more voters. And 100 of them can be activists, and some 20 of them may convert to Recallism.. So task-2, task-3 and task-4 all give positive feedback to each other.

B) Say 10 of us contest Loksabha elections. Then 1000s of activists will notice Recallism. And many of them may convert to Recallism. Thus task-1 gives feedback to task-2.
.
C) Say 10 of us contest Loksabha elections. Say we get 1% votes which is say 10000 each. And lakhs of voters and lakhs of activists will know. So task-4 advances.

IOW, 0.01% advancement of task-A will give positive feedback to all tasks, and their progress will increase by 0.01%. So we can do as many tasks as possible in parallel

And while we are doing all these tasks, it is necessary we keep in mind that end goal is to create a highly productive society. To keep India alive, we need to make India MORE productive than all existing nation.
