This is THE THE THE toughest problem. All others are piece of cake compared to this problem !!!

Each time when a country adopts a new radically different system, elitemen across world unite to break it down.
,
eg1. When UK decided to execute King and give primacy to Parliament in 1650 AD, Kings across Europe wanted to defeat UK's Parliament. They could not because UK's Military was much stronger and English channel made if difficult for armies to cross
.
eg2, When France decided to end Monarchy, all Monarchs ganged up defeat France
.
eg3. When USA replaced monarchy with system of elected President, many Kings across Europe were willing to help UK to destroy USA. But UK's attempts failed becuase USA was too strong and ocean made it impossible for British soldiers to attack USA in large number
.
eg4. When Russia became communist in 1916 , several European countries gathered to destroy it
.
eg5. When Saddam tried to create an international currency backed by crude oil, and gold / silver, USA killed Saddam. And same was the case of Gaddaffi.

eg6. When India did Pokharan-2 against wish of USA , and India refused to allow in USA's insurance companies , USA gave money and weapons to Pakistan to do a Kargil on India. And Pakistan and India, both lost Kargil war,, and USA won the Kargil war without firing a bullet.

So there are countless examples of external

So if and when India's activists and voters force India's PM to print RTR / Jury drafts in Gazette , USA / China may (or may not) very likely fund Pakistan / Bangladesh etc to damage India by sending Kasabs or sending their armies,. A worst case scneraio can be direct attack from China , or even USA (eg USA attacked Libya and Iraq). Another way USA / China may try to damage India is by raising aid to Naxaltes, Islamic terrorists. And it can also support currency proliferation i.e. enabling Pakistan to inject fake currency in India. There are any options USA and China have to damage India.

SOLUTION?
.
1. With RTR / Jury . MRCM , problem of naxalism will vanish. So USA / China will lose one handle to damage India.
.
2. Weaponization of commons i.e. giving guns to each and every citizen will reduce the damage Pakistani / Chinese armies can do in India using direct attack.
.
3. Universally verifiable Universal ID system , and narcotest in public will enable Jurors of India to identify Bangladeshi infiltrators and expel them
.
4. Optional SGPC like structure over Hindu Sects will enable most Hindu sects to become as powerful as Sikhism. And so islamic terrorism will become ineffective. The local Hindus will deal with local Islamists as effective as Sikhs dealt with Islamists from 1700 AD to now,

5. Effect of fake currency can be reduced by removing i.e. taking back Rs 100 , Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, use OPEN BITCOIN, print law-drafts that reduce us of unaccounted income in land purchases, remove sales tax \ excise \ vat \ gst and instead use (wealth tax minus income tax), and give incentives to use bank card or cheques instead of cash. And use OPEN BITCOIN to record all cash transactions will reduce use of cash. And narcotest in public will reduce ability of criminals to inject fake currency in India. In addition, using note scanners at every joints will also reduce use of fake currency.

6. Jury System , RTR etc will improve factories in India and will increase weapon manufacturing and make India's weapon manufacturing at par with USA.

Now all except last steps can be done within few weeks to few months. But 6th step will take some time -- about 2 years to 4 years. In between, Pakistani Army, if aided by USA / China, may be able to do a lot of damage to India. One way to deter USA is to threaten USA, that if USA helps Pakistan, then India would try to convince African Americans and Hispanics of USA to seceede from USA !! This is expensive, but possible. It is must watch.for those who consider US attack on India as a possibility to prepare for.

And one reason why existing Congress , BJP , AAP leaders dont dare to raise heads against MNC-owners is --- USA's threat that USA would give weapons to Pakistan to hit India, And that threat will increase as India moves towards law-drafts such as RTR , Jury that would strengthen India .

So activists who want SERIOUS changes in Indian legal system must be prepared to face possibility, that USA / China may heavily arm Pakistan to attack India. And activists must think of material ways to survive that wat for at least 2 years to 3 years. If preparation plan is good, then USA / China may decide not to attack. After all, such attack will cost them too. and if India cant be defeated, then they may decide not to bear the cost.

So are RTR / Jury worth the price? Well, if we dont bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is GUARANTEED to become a "neo-slave" of India. The control will be via paidmedia and technological dependency, and ensuring that education system remains weak. A covert Military threat will be there --- but covert and not overt. If India doesnt bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is bound to become a giant Philippines or more than one giant Philippines .

So IMO, RTR / Jury etc law-drafts are worth the price, even if price includes possibility that USA/ China would give huge amount of weapons to Pakistan to attack India.
