BJP MP Hemamalini gets govt land worth Rs 40 crore for Rs 70000

Chances are high that NaMo had ordered Maharashtra CM fadanavis to give this Govt plot worth Rs 40 crore for ONLY Rs 70000 . to BJP MP Hemamalini , Lets see if the plot was given by BJP Govt or Congress govt.

SOLUTION?

1. The solution I propose is to make all land ownership records and all land sale deeds PUBLIC. This can be achieved by printing Right to Recall revenue Minister law-draft in Gazette, The law-draft is athttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152319551996922

2. MRCM --- law-draft that will ensure that commons are DIRECTLY getting the rent from the govt owned plots. When this law-draft comes, govt can only rent the land for 5 years to 50 years and not sell it. And rent will directly go in the account of citizens. So if govt gives land for lesser rent, then citizens will IMMIDIATELY know. And using RTR PM and RTR CM procedures , then force PM and CM to cancel such land deal.
