No details on number of kilogram of carbon dioxide and other materials emitted by bunring human boady on wood,. And no comparision with vehicular pollution.

This looks like another hit job by corrupt tribunal heads. They must have taken bribes from Missionaries and given such judgment.

Solution I propose is right to recall tribunal heads and Jury System to expel its head / staff. The procedure will allow / enable a Jury of 1500 voters to decide with NGT = National Green Tribunal heads should be expelled or not
.
Also ALL smashan and cemetary should be subjected to WEALTH TAX on the land they use. The basic deduction can be Rs X per dead bodies they have done the last rites.
