Congress ex-Haryana CM Hooda and BJP Haryana MP Saini both should be narctested in public , and a Jury of 1500 Haryanavi voters between age of 25 years and 55 years should decide the fine / punishment / acquittal

There is a possibility ( POSSIBILITY , I am not sure) that Haryana Congress ex-CM Hooda and BJP MP Rajkumar Saini masterminded this Haryana riots in which over 20 have died and wealth worth 100s of crores got gutted and loss of production caused loss of 1000s of crores. There are enough indications that both wanted riots.

SOLUTION?

Solution I propose is that Jury consisting of 1500 voters between age of 25 years and 55 years should be called. These Jurors will listen to complainer and accused, And they may , thru appropriate medical practitioner, narcotest ex-CM Hooda and MP Rajkumar Saini in public.

If majority Jurors think that they are innocent then they will be acquiitted, And guility , then fine and prison sentence can be decided by majority of Jurors (take median of proposed fine / punishment). And if over 67% Jurors decide that both should be executed for murders of 20 who died in riots, then a next Jury Trial should decide their execution.
