Aside : ABV in 1997 had given a very expensive plot to BJP leader Hema Malini for dirt cheap prize. But later, that plot came under CRZ = Costal Regulation Zone. , and so construction could not be done.

We need to know the EXACT date on which second plot was given to BJP leader Hema Malini. And see whether that date is under Congress regime or NaMo regime,
