RRG tasklist Part-2 --- informing 70 crore voters about RRG-draft via 2 lakh activists (and not via paidmediamen or bulk mailing). This task includes the task of converting about 2 lakh activists into recallists,.

2. Second task --- "informing" over 70 crore voters about 20-100 law-drafts and convincing them to read the drafts.
.
(please note that most tasks have to go in parallel --- for dependency , pls see "firt part" in link above)
.
IMO, we recallists need to inform some 70 crore voters about TCP-draft , RTR-drafts and 20 to 100 such drafts. So we recallists will need to print over 70 crore pamphlets, crores of books, crores of DVDs and deliver them to 70 crore voters !!! Or we need to convince voters to buy these booklets \ DVDs at magazine stores. The cost of printing plus delivery per voter is at least Rs 400 per voter , totaling over say Rs 28000 crores.
.
Now more difficult question is --- how to convince 70 crore voters to read these pamphlets and watch these DVDs? I repeat --- printing and delivering crores of pamphlets / DVD is a huge task, but a FAR FAR MORE difficult task is convincing voters to read / see the pamphlets / DVDs.
.
Thats the reason why mere bulk-mailing wont help. If we have say Rs 28000 crore, then we can surely get several pamphlets, several nooks, several DVDs made, and also mail them to all 70 crore voters of India. But most will NOT read / see them. And it will be waste.
.
So how do we convince voters to read the pamphlets and see the DVDs?
.
The voters will read pamphlets \ DVDs if
.
(a) paidmedia praises these pamphlets OR
.
(b) activists or voters they personally know praises these pamphlets and asks them to read
.
(c) it is election time, and pamphlet is election candidate's manifesto. Thats why , "task-1 -- convincing 543 recallists to contest LS elections and 5000 recallists to contest MLA election" becomes important.
.
Option-a i.e. paidmedia is non-option for us. And so it is important that a voter receives pamphlets via a voter or an activist personally known to him, or via a recallist who is election candidate. I repeat ---- merely sending pamphlets and DVDs will NOT suffice. I repeat --- the pamphlets / DVDs must reach to a voter via a voter or an activist he knows personally or via election candidate. Now, an average activist will be be able to convince some 1000 voters. So we need 70 crore / 10 / 1000 = 70,000 activists at least. And since there will be some duplication in contacts, I am putting requirement as thrice. So we need at least about 200,000 activists to "inform" 70 crore voters, .And we also need 543 recallists to content LS election and 5000 recallist to contest Assembly elections so that more and more voters read the pamphlets.
..
And there is one important reason why we will need to inform voters via activists, and NOT via paidmedia. Because a voter obtained by paidmedia is a liability and not an asset. We have to constantly pay paidmediamen to keep that voter connected. But if a voter is obtained via an activist, then that attachment is almost permanent and needs no additional money spending every month..
.
And one more reason why we need activist is --- the paidmediamen will never convince voters to read drafts !! Why not? Because when a voter reads drafts, he becomes more informed and analytical. And last thing paidmediamen want is well informed and more analytical voters. So paidmediamen will never ask voters to read law-drafts..

(aside --- (a) who is an activist? And how many activists are there in India? An activist is a person who is willing to spend his own money and also willing to give time to improve / save India , and getting money / fame / career are not pre-requisites for him. (b) recallist if an activist who is working to bring RTR-law-drafts in India (c) Now IMO there are several lakh activists in India. Not all would join RTR-movement. But if about 200,000 activists across India become recallists and give 4 hours a week to RTR-law-drafts, then we can successfully finish task-2 in a few months)
.
And how shall we get Rs 28000 to print 70 crore pamphlets, crores of books, 70 crore DVDs and deliver them by post or hand to hand? Well, most of the money will come activists only. Thats why we need 200,000 activists, And as number of activists and supporters increase, many supporters may buy the material. IOW, the finance issue will reduce as we convert more and more activists into recallists. And there is no other way I know to deal with finance issue.
.
As of now, we recallists are some 500 in number scattered across India. So we 500 recallists need to convert about 200000 activists into recallists, Now what if we recallists fail to convince 200,000 to become recallist and spend 4-6 hours a week to inform voters about RTR-drafts? Then --- IMO, we recallists lost.
.
Now one may ask --- how did I derive that we need 200,000 recallists?. That is my ball park number. What I mean is --- we surely need more than a few thousand activists and we dont need crores of activists. What is essential to know is that --- number is large enough that one recallist wont be knowing even 1% of fellow recallists. So working method should be so that without knowing all eachother , and without complete communication, we can proceed.

.
Summarizing, the first task is to "inform" 70 crore voters about RTR-drafts . And the sub-tasks are
.
(2a) As of today, there are about 500 recallists scattered across India, and we need to reach lakhs of activists via ourselves and new recallists
.
(2b) we need to convert some 200000 activists into recallists --- i.e. convince at lest 2 lakh activists to spend money in making RTR pamphlets / DVDs and distribute them to 70 crore voters, and also hold meetings.
.
(2c) AND convince voters to spend time and give focus in reading drafts.
.
If (2b) is achieved then , and then only, (2c) will follow. And this (2c) is the most difficult of all tasks. And thats why we need activists and not paidmedia.
.
And how election contesting helps this task-2? Because if 543 recallists contest LS elections and if 5000 recallists contest assembly elections, then converting 200000 activists into recallists will become much easier, And convincing 70 core voters to read the DRAFTS will also become much easier.
