A judicial commission had asked Kerala CM Oommen Chandy to take lie detector tests

IOW, lie detector tests , such as polygraph, brain mapping and natcotest to have place in Indian legal system as of today

But Subramanian Swamy , in 2G case, had refused to ask court to put A Raja, Manmohan Kaur, Soorpanakha Gandhi etc on narcotest !!!

IOW, Subramanian Swamy was more interested in coverup , and not in digging facts out.
