Interesting --- flag burning not a crime in US and UK, and most countries which have Jury System.

After googling I found that --- in most cases, the Jurors refused to punish those who were burning flags !!!
.
And after that, judges laid down a de-facto law, that policemen will not arrest flag burners
.
Pls google "flag burning USA" , flag burning UK" , "flag burning" etc.

If I am in Jury , I would imprison flag burner for 1 day if it its his first offence, 2 days if it is second offence, 4 days for 3rd offence and so on i.e.double the punishments of each offence.

But I think, after a while, Jurors may call it end , and let flag burners do whatever they want as long as they are NOT hurting any individuals or damaging any property.
