4. Forth task --- convincing over 45 crore voters that over 45 crore voters have sent order to MP via SMS .

Lets say X crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS. Then we need to convince those X crore voters that X crore voters have sent SMS .Here, we activists ONLY need to give a method to all activists and all voters by which voters can decide whether approximately X crore voters have sent SMS or not.

Lets say 200000 activists did work to inform over 70 crore voters about law-drafts, And lets say 45 crore voters also sent SMS to MPs via SMS.

Then 3rd task is for us recallists is ---- (a) we need to convince over 45 crore voters TWO THINGS that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS. (b) we need to convince over 45 crore voters that every activists , every MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent this SMS demanding these law-drafts.

IOW, we need to make DRAFTS and SMS-SENDING part of "common knowledge". Please google on "common knowledge wiki" to know more about "common knowledge".

This is necessary to convince voters to ask MPs to "print RRG-drafts or resign".

So how can we convince 45 crore voters that "that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS" and "every activist / MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent SMSes".

Some 10 crore Indian voters are on FB / twitter.

We need to convince 5 crore FB / twitter using voters to take following steps
.
(3a) We need to convince at least 5 crore voters to share the urls , md5hashes , sha2hashes of the law-drafts they support on their twitter \ FB walls.

(3b) And on the FB / twitter post of these 5 crore voters, we need to convince each voter to put @HIS_MP_NAME and @PMO.

(3c) We need to convince over 5 crore voters of India on FB \ twitter to like \ share the status which has the law-drafts they support.

(3d) We need to convince over 5 crore voters on FB to make INDEX note which has links to all status post which has orders to MPs sent on FB / twitter, as well as md5hashes and sha2hashes of all the drafts he supports

(3e) We need to convince 5 crore voters to put the links to that FB note in the description of their profile as well as coverpage. image on FB

(3f) If a voter or an activist has access to FB / twitter, and he refuses to take above steps, then he should be assumed as non-supporter. I would request RTR-activists not to waste their time with such non-supporters. If a voter does NOT know how to use FB / twitter , then this doesnt apply on him.

Now if and when 5 crore voters have put above information on FB / twitter, we can convince 5 crore voters of India, that 5 crore voters of India have sent SMS to MPs. How? We recallists can ask a voter on FB to see the cover page of their FB-friends who are also real life friends. And see if the description of image has link to notes which has link to an FB-notes, which has list of all URLs , md5hases, sha2hases. And he can see / search for law-drafts supported and he is interested in. Later, one may be able to develop FB-app which parses the FB-notes and gives this information.

That way, each voter who is on FB, will be able to see how many of his friends support the RTR-lawdrafts. This will give him a good guess of average in whole country. Based on data of his friends, a voter on facebook can decide "whether 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS" or not.

Now there are about 10 crore voters in India capable of fluently using FB. We need to convince these FB-using Indian voters to check their 100 known friends on FB, if they have support RTR-drafts.

Now, what If 200000 recallists activists refuse to ask voters to make FB notes containing links to law-draft they want, then we lost !!

Now, what if 200,000 recallists do ask 5 crore voters of India to put SMS text on FB / twtitter etc ; but 5 crore voters refuse to put the SMS text on twitter / FB. and what if 5 crore voters refuse to create one FB note which has list of all URLs , md5hashes , shah2hashes of the law-drafts they have supported? Then we need to call it end. May be, we recallist lost. Or we can keep trying till 45 crore voters do agree,

But against all odds, say if we manage to convince over 5 crore voters in India to make a Facebook notes which has links to all twitter / FB posts where he had demanded the law-drafts he wants, then we can convince every FB-using Indian voter the supporter-count. And then based on that, he can decide what is the overall count in India.

As per voters not on FB , we need to make some peer-to-peer App which can inform every voter about what law-drafts people in his neighborhood supports.

Till such App is made and gets used, we need to convince every voter to select one trusted person as PROXY who is fluent with FB. That trusted person can create an FB account of the voter , and take the steps I had mentioned above. That way, "common knowledge" about RRG-DRAFTS and supporter-count can increase. And "common knowledge" about those who oppose RRG-drafts can also increase.

If over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS to print some specific law-drafts, then we have to execute 4th step.
