3. Third task --- convince over 45 crore voters to send orders to MP via SMS to print RTR-law-drafts, JurySys-law-drafts

The second task is --- we need to convince 200,000 activists to become recallists , and convince 70 crore voters to read RRG-drafts. I explained that in previous part of this series.

The next task IMO is to convince at least 45 crore voters , that each voter should send orders to MPs via SMS.. This task is to be done along with task-2. IOW, as recallists explain RRG-law-drafts to the voters, the activists should request voters to send order to MP via SMS. IOW , task-2 and task-3 go hand in hand, side by side.

Which orders do we want voters to send via SMS? The orders to print whatever law-drafts that that voter supports. IOW, we need to convince over 45 core voters to decide which law-drafts he supports and then convince him to send order to his MP via SMS to print that law-drafts. And we recallists need 45 crore voters to send such SMS.

So again, to convince 45 crore votersm we need 2 lakh activists OR we need massive paidmediamen, And again, we dont have paidmediamen as option. And so again, we will need some 200,000 activists.

And there is more than just sending SMS.
.
The SMS must have URL to the law-draft or md5hash of the law-draft or sha2hash of that law-draft. And please note order must be sent via SMS and not via postcard or via email or via FB-message or via twitter. And the SMS must have URL or md5hash or sha2hash of the law-draft. This is important --- SMS without url / hash is useless. Some copies of SMS may be, and should be, sent over twitter / FB . But primary order MUST be via SMS and via SMS only.WHY SMS? I have explained in one of my notes. Pls see index notes in my profile and search for word "SMS".

And SMS must be sent by voter when the recallist who explained the law-draft and SMS-sending is NOT around. i.e. no "influence of nearness" should be used, The activist shiuld request the voter to send SMS at least 2 says after the activist explains SMS sending.

Let me give a specific example.
.
(3a) say a recallist has explained Tcp.India law-draft given athttps://www.facebook.com/ProposedLawDrafts/posts/521586644673979to a voter

(3b) say the voter agrees that Tcp.India is good for him and good for India
.
(3c) Then we recallists need to ensure that the voter sends an order to MP via SMS to print Tcp.India draft. The SMS should have this url or have any url to exact same draft or must have e8efdfb4bdf7c6ebc4b553515cda28d2 or must have
dbf7887960fa07f203deeccfebdd897e6e45a3777aefe853680b471ba3fb7dfb , or all of them.

(3d) and In same way , we need to convince over 45 crore voters to send URL , md5hash or sha2hash of ALL the law-drafts they support.

There are 85 crore voters in India, Over 70 crore have access to SMS directly or via a close family member. We need to convince 45 crore or more of them to send order to MP via SMS.

Now, lets say we recallists did manage to convert 200,000 activists into recallists. Say these 200,000 recallists did explain RRG-law-drafts to over 70 crore voters. But what if 45 crore voters refuse to send orders to MP via SMS to print these RRG-law-drafts?

Then IMO, we recallists have lost.
.
We may give up or may keep working and waiting till 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS. But as long as voters refuse to send orders to MPs via SMS, we have NO way further. We cant ask MPs to print these law-drafts because we have NOT proved support.
