CIA agent cum terrorist David Headly is speaking what USA = CIA is asking him to tell.

David Headly was trained by CIA , and CIA had loaned him to ISI who loaned him to LeT to do 26/11 on India .
.
His statements should be accepted ONLY after he is speaking a Jury of 1500 voters chosen at random , and he is in India, and he is narcotested,.

The statements he makes in USA, under CIA's guidance are useless. It is sickening too see people giving too much weitage to statements extracted WITHOUT narcotests, statement given by proven murderer, statements given by foreigner in foreign land in foreign custody !!!

As per encounter of Soharabuddin , Ishrat Jahan etc, the cases should be decided by 500 Jurors chosen from voter list of Gujarat between age of 25 years and 55 years. The Jurors may or need NOT decide to do a narcotest in public on accused or key witnesses.

What would Jury decide? I cant say. All I can say is that --- if I were in Jury, then prima facie I would acquit ALL in both these encounter cases , and I need NO narcotest on anyone in THESE TWO cases. I can give final decision only if I am in Jury and I listen to both sides. Each Jurir on his own.
