Congress ministers were corrupt --- price of wired / wireless internet was low

BJP ministers are non-corrupt --- price of wired / wireless internet is almost twice !!!

The prices should have decreased --- given that equipment costs and staff required per customer has decreased !!!

So lower corruption is causing price rise !!!
