NaMo has ordered PSU bank directors and PSU bank managers to issue loans of upto Rs 10 lakhs to small / medium business. No collateral is needed !! No guarantor is needed !!! Show a plan , and get Rs 50000 to Rs 200000 of loan. And show a working business and show an expansion plan, and get upto Rs 10 lakh of loans !!

Does borrower need to repay the loans?

Well, if he is god fearing, he may return the loan. Otherwise , ..... it is Ram bharose or rather Ravan bharose !!!

There are poor who are paying 5% to 15% interest PER MONTH (yes, per month, not per year) to private lenders. Mudra loans are ONLY 12% per year. And for first 2 years, one needs to pay ONLY interest and only after two years he needs to repay principal in 48-60 installments along with interest !!

So if you are CA etc and happen to know a poor person who will GENUINELY repay the loans, then pls do help him in preparing the file for PM-MUDRA loan. You can charge commission, and even if you charge Rs 5000 commission for Rs 50000 loan, then also you are doing a BIG savings to that poor guy.

And dishonest politicians will gang up with dishonest bank managers and get tons of loans in name of real with with deals such as --- "I will get you Rs 50000 loans, give me Rs 40000 , keep Rs 10000 and you dont need to repay anything !!!" And many would agree. IOW, the money will get siphoned out.. So given than 90% of the loan takers will NOT repay, MUDRA is going to be huge hole.

SOLUTION I propose is DDMRCAM = MRCM-law-draft. Once MRCM-draft is printed in Gazette, every person will get his share in mineral royalties and land rent from govt plots. This will increase incomes of ALL and decrease incomes of mineral mafia and land hoarders. So this will decrease incomes of some 1% of population and increase incomes of some remaining 99%. For some 10% population, increase will be small. But bottom 90% will make huge gains.

So their purchasing ability will rise and so will profits of business and factory owners.

Another law-draft that will help business is wealth tax law-draft. This will bring down land prices and so businesses will be able to expand.

This is the worst irony I have seen in my life..

The only difference between 1991 and now is that when in 1991 , Indian Ministers under PVNR started handing over portions of sectors of Indian economy to foreigners, it was seen as sign of weakness and Ministers got discredit for it. Now paidmedia is showing the same act of handing over much much larger sectors of Indian economy to foreigners as an "act of strength". !!! And they are giving credit to NaMo "convincing foreigners to invest into India" which is same as "handing over sectors of India economy to foreigners".

Why dont MNC-owners welcome NaMo. NaMo is promising tax regime in which Indian companies will be taxed at the rate of 25%, while foreign companies will pay near 0% income tax for all practical purpose. Plus, they will get tax exemptions of several taxes like tax on electricity, excise etc for goods they make and export from SEZs. And they will get huge chunks of land for negliginle costs to setup their SEZs.

Surely, FDI will bring HUGE short term prosperity. But when repatriation crisis comes, we will be left with no option but to

1. hand over whole Indian economy to west.

2. Send our soldiers to fight west's wars against Pakistan, China, Iran etc

3. accept all conditions of west such as allow Missionaries to take over temple funds as well as enable them to convert

You will often hear a statistics that India's forex reserve is around $400 billion. That I dont dispute that data. But where is that forex reserve located?

Well, some 10% of that is gold in India. Rest is US bonds etc which are located in US banks !!! The bond may be in paper form in India, but the cash behind that bond is located in USA

मोदी साहेब फर्रूखशियर से भी सवाए है। इन्होने कर मुक्ति के साथ साथ जमीन खरीदने की भी अनुमति दे दी है। रूपये के बदले डॉलर देने का वादा कर दिया है ताकि विदेशी कम्पनियो को भारत में खुद की मुद्रा चलाने की जरुरत न रहे। फर्रूखशियर ने तीन सूबे दिए थे, मोदी साहेब ने सकल भारत और भारत के सभी क्षेत्र विदेशी कम्पनियो के लिए खोल दिए है। न तब के बादशाह को स्वदेशी इकाइयों के सरंक्षण की परवाह थी न आज प्रधानमन्त्री को है। उपरान्त भारत के राजाओ और बादशाह ने हथियार बनाने और फ़ौज पालने का झंझट भी छोड़ दिया और अपनी सुरक्षा विदेशियो के हवाले कर दी, मोदी साहेब रक्षा में ७५% विदेशी निवेश की अनुमति देकर यह काम पहले ही कर चुके है।

दोनों काल के बादशाह तो एक ही रंग के है, लेकिन जनता के मिजाज जुदा है। तब पेड मिडिया न होने से फर्रूखशियर और अंग्रेज भारत की अवाम को फुसलाने में नाकाम रहे अत: अवाम इस फैसले से अप्रसन्न थी, जबकि आज के दौर में मोदी साहेब विदेशी कम्पनियो के पेड मिडिया के सहयोग से जनता को यह समझाने में कामयाब है कि विदेशी कम्पनियो को भारत में घुसाकर करमुक्त व्यापार करने की छूट देने से स्वदेशी इकाइयों को और मुनाफे के बदले डॉलर देने से देश को फायदा ही फायदा है।

मानवीय प्रकृति के इस पहलू से मनमोहन एक सज्जन और साफ़ दिल व्यक्ति थे। वे जानते थे कि मैं देश को बेच रहा हूँ, अत: उन्होंने १० साल तक सिर झुका कर काम किया। उन्होंने कभी ऐसे तेवर नहीं दिखलाये जिससे जनता में यह भ्रम पैदा हो कि वे देश को बचा रहे है। वो जानते थे कि मैं देश बेच रहा हूँ, और ऐसे करम सीना ठोक, प्रेस कांफ्रेंस कर, मूंछो पर ताव देकर नहीं किये जाते।

अंग्रेजो ने भी ट्रेने चलाई थी और तार सेवा प्रारम्भ की थी। मतलब विदेशी निवेश आने से प्रारम्भिक चरण में 'विकास' होता है और समृद्धि आती है, यह तय बात है। लेकिन जब हमें इन विदेशी कम्पनियो को कमाए गए मुनाफे के बदले डॉलर चुकाने होंगे तो हम पूरी तरह से डूब जायेंगे। तब हमारे पास निम्न संभावित विकल्प होंगे :

१. भारत की पूरी अर्थव्यवस्था पश्चिमी देशो के हवाले करना 
. 
२. अपने सैनिको को पश्चिमी देशो की और से लड़ने के लिए पाकिस्तान, चीन, ईरान आदि भेजना 
. 
३. पश्चिमी देशो की सभी शर्ते , जैसे मिशनरीज द्वारा भारत में धर्मान्तर को सुलभ बनाना।

४. फिलीपींस की तरह गणित-विज्ञान की शिक्षा को और भी बदतर बना लेना।

५. और भी इस तरह के अन्य दुष्प्रभाव जो कि पश्चिमी देश चाहे।

समाधान का यह कॉलम उनके लिए नहीं है जो FDI का समर्थन करते है। वे अपनी प्रोफाइल पिक्चर पर डिजिटल तिरंगा लगा कर विदेशी निवेश का जश्न मनाए। सोनिया-मोदी-केजरीवाल-संघी और बाबा रामदेव के समर्थको की बांछे विदेशी निवेश के आने से खिली हुयी है, जैसे जैसे और विदेशी निवेश आएगा, बांछे और भी खिलती जायेगी।

Most corrupt people in India, since 1950s, have been Supreme Court judges. Far far more corrupt (and also more nepotic and casteist) than IAS , IPS and Ministers. And these days, SCjs have reached another new low ---- throwing stay order on process of GENERAL election itself !!!

Due to reservation stir in Gujarat, it was clear that Congress / BJP both would lose their vote shares and independents will gain vote shares. (I am NOT saying that I would have won, my vote share is because of support for Right to Recall law-drafts in citizens, and nothing to do with anti-reservation or pro-reservation. Besides, I am pro-caste based reservation, and so if caste identities strengthen, then my vote share will ONLY go down. So my cursing and abusing SCjs have NOTHING to do with my personal fate. It is ONLY about their decision to stay elections).

SoMoke and all CoBhAp-Leaders opposed universal metering of all water connection, (proof --- not even 1% water connections in Gujarat are metered !!) . SoMoke also opposed Right to Recall over District / City Water Supply Officers. And SoMoKe opposed Jury System over Water Supply staff. And so water supply across Gujarat i, and India is in shambles. In Gujarat, good areas have good water supply only because they have private bores, and because Narmada judgement came in 2002 which increased water supply by several times. Otherwise, a large part of area has water scarcity, and a large part has huge water supply and huge wastage. The waste is ONLY because NaMo / SoGa / ArGandhi oppose universal water metering of every water connection.

So now NaMo is ordering Water Ministries to prepare plan to privatize water supply. And NaMo has ordered to use Smart City and "Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT)." as a cover !!

Since Indian companies dont have capital, all contracts will go to MNC-owners ONLY.

The foreigners will indeed setup a Dubai-class water supply system, best that money can buy. But they have to be paid the dollars for the profits they make. And where will India get dollars? The import-export gap is worsening day by day. IOW, it will be by selling out more and more Mineral Mines

There is no need to privatize water supply. The solution I propose is

1. Universal water metering --- every house / office and industrial unit must have at least one or more water meter. Every bore , be household or commercial or industrial or agricultural,must have water meter. And all water connections must be metered.

2. Right to Recall over District / City Water Supply officer and RTR over State Water Minister and National Water Minister

And RSS-apex convinces upper caste youth to volunteer for BJP and gather votes for BJP by saying "see, RSS-apex opposes CBR , and if BJP gets 67% seats in both Rajsabha and Loksabha and if BJP gets majority in all State Assemblies, then BJP will end CBR"

And BJP-leaders tell OBC / SC / ST workers to gather votes for BJP by saying "see, BJP supports CBR , and BJP defies RSS-apex !!"

IOW, RSS-apex will oppose CBR and then support it. And then again oppose it and then again support it.

And then come usual defence --- media misunderstood the statement and media twisted the statement.

And BJP-leaders will support CBR

The whole game is to ensure that upper caste youth keeps giving crores of fee volunteer hours with hope that RSS will remove reservation. And at the same time, OBC / Dalits etc keep voting for BJP hoping that BJP will continue the reservaion.

The game workds because upper case and OBC / SC youth no longer read same media. Some newspapers are more read in upper caste youth , such as English newspapers etc, They will highlight statements of RSS-apex giving hope to educated upper caste that BJP under RSS-apex will end reservation. And a large number of Dalits etc read free newsletters which come from their community heads. These newsletters will have statements of BJP supporting CBR !!!

So BJP-leaders get support from both sides

And as always, NaMo's golden silence is used to please BOTH sides !!

RSS-workers also copy-cat their apex leaders and BJP-leaders. When talking amongst upper caste youth, RSS-workers are told to oppose CBR and cite statements of Bhagwat etc. And RSS-workers are told to cite pro-CBR-statements of BJP-leaders when talking to OBC youth !!

Solution I propose is that activists should underatand that CoBhAp-leaders are too corrupt and too vote hungry to reduce the reservation mess, and conflicts it can cause. I request them to publicize the LAW DRAFTS which can reduce the reservation mess

The law-drafts are

A.1) I have proposed a law-draft that will reduce reservation from 49% to 5% of may be less , at cost of Rs 1000 per YEAR per Dalit / ST / OBC i.e. about Rs 84000 crores per year, which will increase existing taxes by about 5% . IMO activists should publicize the above law-drafts and IGNORE CoBhAp-leaders, SoMoKe and their andhbhagats.

How NaMo's proposal of "reservation for poor upper caste in govt collages" will benefit self finance collage owners.

NaMo has ordered Gujarat CM Mrs. Anandiben Patel to reserve x% of seats for poor general students. 
.
Consider say LDCE = LD Engineering college , which is low fee govt college. Say there are 1000 seats for students. Say 500 are for SC / ST / OBC and 500 for General.
.
Now say a general person, whose parents income is above say Rs 600,000 . Say in general merit list, say he rank is 401. He would have taken in LDCE
.
Now if 100 out of 500 seats of LD are reserved for Economically Worseoff Upper Caste students, then that well off general will NOT get admission in LDCE. 
.
So now he will have to go to a private college.
.
IOW, by "reserving" govt college seats for economically worse off in govt collages, the economically well off will be forced to move to private colleges

No wonder why owners of self finance collages were all supporting this "anti-reservation" movement !! A large number of private college engineering seats were remaining vacant due to high fees and fact that many well off students got seats in govt colleges

And whats the definition of well off and worseoff ? Combined income of parents should be Rs 600,000 !! (Or is it Rs 450,000 ?) IOW, a large class of professions will get labled as "economicall well off": and will be forced to send kids to private colleges.

Solution I propose is

1. Create a centralized system to change colleges after semester ends, so that college owners are FORCED to reduce fees and improve quality. SoMoKe have opposed this law-draft !! And each and every RSS-worker, SoMoKe-andhbhagat etc has also opposed this proposal.

2. Print law-drafts to reduce land prices. (see " Decrease use of unaccounted cash in land sales :https://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152774649111922 " and "Wealth tax :https://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152686291831922 " . These laws will reduce tuition fees.

3. Print law-drafts that students NOT affiliated with colleges, can DIRECTLY appear in University exams of theory subjects . That way, student will need to spend lesser number of months in collage and less fees

4. Jury System , wealth tax etc --- So that manufacturing improves, and so REAL education will improve.
