Why IIM / CAT / SBI etc refuse to take questions from class-12 maths syllabus and why class-12 syllabus makers refuse to add CAT / IIM / SBI type questions in class-12 syllabus

If one looks at entrance test of IIM / SBI / CAT etc, one will notice that the difficultly level is close to class-12 maths exams. But topics are so different, that a person who got 95% score in class-12 maths science / commerce paper, WITHOUT TRAINNING , will fail in IIM / SBI etc exam.

The reason is --- CAT has a lot of logic / data-interpretation questions, and such questions are absent in class-12 syllabus. In fact, class-12 syllabus has many many complex topics , such as Probability, Permutation and Cominations, Trigonometry, Calculus etc, which are far more difficult than logic / data topics. But a person who has aced in Calculus, Trigonometry etc will , WITHOUT TRIANNING, do poorly in Logic. Data questions.

So solution is simple. (1) class-12 syllabus makers can add Logic, Data topics and questions in class-12 syllabus. OR (2) CAT people can take questions from class-12 syllabus.

I would prefer (1).

But surprisingly, class-12 syllabus makers have consistently opposed and refused to add logic / data-Interpretation topics and questions in class-12 syllabus !!

This ensures that a person who is good in class-12 maths and also in college maths, will NOT be able to score well in CAT / SBI SBI exams without coaching and trainning.

IOW, this ensures that those who dont have trainning , despite good records in schools / college maths, will NOT be able to score well in CAT / SBI exams
.
