Constitution of the Party
Article I: Name of the Party
The name of the party shall be Right to Recall Party.
Article II: Objectives of the Party
To establish the real Democracy means system should be for the people, by the people & of the people. Self rule by the people of the country by using the rules TCP (Transparent Complain/Suggestion System), Jury Trial, Right to Recall etc.
Right to Recall Party shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established and to the principles of socialism, secularism and democracy and would uphold the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India.
To make our country’s defence stronger in order to provide security to all citizen of India.
To work for removing the country problems like poverty, unemployment, illiterate, corruption, terrorism etc.

The President of the Party shall ensure that all office-bears are working to accomplish the objectives of the Party and compliance to all rules and regulations applicable.
Functions/Duties/Power:
Term of Office Bearer:
No member shall hold the same post as an office bearer for more than five years and shall retire after one term. No member shall hold more than one post at a time.
Article VI: Rules of Dispute Resolution & Discipline
5.2 Not have any pending criminal case of a crime involving moral turpitude or should not have been conducted of any such crime in the past.
5.3 Not be part of any organization which spreads disharmony on the basis of religion or caste or promotes untouchably.
5.4 Not engage in exploiting or ill-treating woman.
5.5 Not indulge in drug addiction or drunken behaviour.
5.6 Make an annual declaration of his/her income and that of his family honestly and correctly to the Party.
The disciplinary action may result in penalties ranging from warning, suspension or expulsion from the party.
No disciplinary action shall be taken against a member without giving an opportunity to that member to explain and answer the charges against him/her.
Article VII: Basics of Rules of Conduct of Business
There will be no requirement of a quorum in case of Emergency or Extraordinary meetings. However resolutions passed in such meetings shall be required to be ratified in the next ordinary meeting of the concerned body.
Article VIII: Party Funds and Accounts
1.2 Maximum voluntary donation per individual shall be accepted Rs.20000.
1.3 No donation shall be accepted other than individual.
1.4 The Treasurer of concerned level shall receive the donation and disburse for accomplish the objectives of the party and maintain the proper records.
2.2 Each receipt will be duly numbered and issued in book containing 100 receipts.
3.2 There shall be two authorised signatories for each bank account namely the Treasurer and the President of the concerned level. The account shall be operated by the Treasurer who shall be the authorised signatory.
3.3 All the receipt shall be deposited in the bank account and all the expense shall be routed through such bank account.
4.2 The funds received by the party shall be utilised for meeting the objectives of the party through advertisements in newspapers, radio, television, through pamphlets, wall/board advertisements.
4.3 The funds shall be utilised by the Executive Committee or through the regulation made by it governing the utilisation of fund.
5.2 Accounts are annually audited by the Auditor on the panel of CAG.
5.3 Audited annual accounts submit to the ECI within 6months of the end of financial year.
Article IX: Amendment of Constitution
This constitution can be amended by the National Executive Committee provided that the amendment has the approval of 2/3rd of its members present and voting after due notice to all the members. For this purpose a meeting of the National Executive Committee shall be convened within 30 days of a resolution for amendment bearing the signatures of at least 10% members of the National Executive Committee being received.
Article X: Merger, Split and Dissolution
The party shall follow the principle of Merger and Split as provided in the Schedule X of the Constitution of India.
In the unlikely event of Dissolution, a meeting of National Executive Committee of the Party will be convened for this purpose.
Article XI: Interpretation of the Constitution
The National Executive Committee alone shall have the power and authority to interpret this Constitution and the regulations frame there under. The decision of the National Executive Committee in respect of the above shall be final and binding unless it is overturned by the National Council in its next meeting.
