NaMo's step to allow Minorities = Hindus / Sikhs / Buddhist / Jains Christians from BD / Pak into India is a good on paper but shabby in reality. it is poorly implemented and so lakhs of non-Minorities will also walk thru.

We have proposed Jury Trial over immigrant and let Jury decide who is real minority or fake, and Jury can also order blood / DNA test with relatives and also take narcotest in public.

But NaMo is opposed to Jury , DNA tests as well as narcotests in public And so now all a non-Minority has to do is to give fake affidavit and bribe local babu to qualify as minority !!

And thus many Bangladeshi infiltrators will now become legal resident in India .

Solution?

Solution I propose is that activists should order MPs via SMS to print Jury based law-draft to allow / disallow emmigrants from BD , Pak, Sri Lanka etc. The draft is in chap-31, chap-32, chap-33 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm .
