Rservation circus and mini-circuses within reservation circus

Most activists , exceot us recallists, refused to support law-drafts that could have reduced caste based and nepotism based discrimination in India , and also REDUCED Caste Based reservation, (the list of law-drafts is in last para). Most activists insisted that slogans like HHN-GGN and "panch saal , mail kaa laal" are sufficient to fix India.

And so we have grans reservation circus.

Lets look at several mini circuses in this reservation circus.
.
1. Gujarat has population of 6 crore of which 17% i.e. some one crore are Patels. But there are several sub castes. Some subcaste such as Kachia, Koli, , Chaudhari are in OBC !! And they have OPPOSED inclusion of Leva / Kadava in OBC list !!! Thats because Leva / Kadava have higher education and so if they are included in OBC, then Koli etc will stand no chance in getting seats. So now we have Leva / Kadva Patel vs Koli / Chaudhary / Kachia Patel circus

2. There are 27 core Patidaars in India, but Patitaars outside Gujarat oppose inclusion of Leva / Kadava in OBC list, Again, that because Leva / Kadava have much better economic and education background and so they are included in OBC list, Patidaars outside Gujarat will lose in Central Govt jobs.

3. Some Patidaar-activists are saying that lakhs of Patidaars want march from Dandi to Ahmedabad (reverse dandi march), and OBC-activstis are claiming that over 1 crore OBCs will take march from Ahmedabad to Dandi to declare oppossition to this Reverse Dandi March !! Surely, police wont give same date to both marches. But you can imagine tension these marches will cause. And how much instability it might cause if fire breaks out.

Some 8 people have died. Some 40 have suffered injuries which can cause permanent partial or total disability. Property worth RS 200 to Rs 1000 crore got gutted. And over 5 workdays lost for crores of people. And this may be tip of iceberg , if crisis is not resolved.

The CoBhAp leaders are all busy with vote gathering and money making, and publicity stunts. Great speeches, great drama, poor law-drafts. None of SoMoKe and none of CoBhAp-leaders have come forward any law-drafts that would reduce the mess.

So my request to activists is that they should end their SoMoKe-andhbhakti and focus on law-drafts. You have shouted "Italian kaa hath, har hinsuatni se saath", HHN-GGN , "paanch saal, mai ka laal" etc slogans for over 4 years now. You have proved that your vocal sacs are stronger than us recallists' biceps. Devlok as well as patallok, as well as whole earth is now afraid of your slogans. But there are problems which now require publicizing good law-drafts and FORCING SoMoKe to print these law-drafts against their will.

The law-drafts I have proposed to reduce reservation mess are at

A.1) I have proposed a law-draft that will reduce reservation from 49% to 5% of may be less , at cost of Rs 1000 per YEAR per Dalit / ST / OBC i.e. about Rs 84000 crores per year, which will increase existing taxes by about 5% . (A.3) Another proposed law-draft is --- if % of job holders belonging to a sub-caste in a Govt, including its PSUs , is more than their % population of that sub-caste , then reservation for that sub-caste will be suspended for a few years.
