Mumbai's banning on meat fish etc during Jain festival is wrong. Ban on cow-slaughter should go on, and should be strengthened. But ban on meat is wrong just because Jain are having some festival.

IMO, there is not much to discuss.

Anyway, all that we will see is --- 
.
(1) there will be more slaughters on the day before ban - basically they will collect supplies of 4 next days
.
(2) policemen and municipality offiers will take bribes and let sale happen during the 4 days of ban !!

Left to TCP or Jury, the ban will get eliminated anyway.
