Dear all activists / voters ---- DO NOT support candidates who refuse to give FULL DRAFTS of the resolutions / laws needed to reduce existing problems.

They are all like Congress , BJP and AAP

Come election and 100s of new candidates will come. At least 2-3 per seat.

Most important function of city corporator is to print RESOLUTION DRAFT in Corporation Council, which when signed by Ministers or passed by MLAs , become law.
.
So IMO, the FIRST question an activist / voter should ask is --- "pls show me the DRAFTS (DRAFTS) of the resolution you will propose / support if and when you get elected on YOUR FB site" !!
.
And if that candidate says "I will show you DRAFTS only after I win election", then we are only seeing one more congress-man, one more BJP-man and one more AAP-man and nothing more.
.
It is true that for new situation and new problems, a candidate after election may have to support / propose a new draft he didnt mention today.
.
But for problem we are facing since decades , such as water problem, traffic, parking, rash driving, illegal construction, rising illegal slums, rising crimes or whatever, if the candidate says that "I dont NOT have law-drafts now and I show you law-draft 1-6 months after I get elected", then IMO, such candidate is NOT trustworthy at all.

And this is particularly true about Right to Recall. Hundreds of candidates see that now Right to Recall has demand, and so MANY want to encash popularity of RTR and they too speak "RTR , RTR , RTR etc". But many of them say "we do not want to show you which RTR-draft we will print till we get elected !!" IOW, they have NO intention of printing RTR-drafts in Gazette.

Imagine a man of age 25 years or 45 years. Imagine that man saying "I could not find 6 months of time in my life of 25 years or 45 years to decide which DRAFT I support". And imagine same man saying "but within 3 months after I become City Corporator or MLA or MP, I will decide and show you the drafts I support". The man could not find 6 months before getting elected will never find 3 months after getting elected/.

So DRAFTLESS wonders are dime a dozen.
