Why is USA so so ahead of India in weapons, engineer, medicine etc. The reasons like Political Culture, National Character, moral values, weather etc are IMO all farce.
.
The four most important reasons are 
.
(a) Jury System 
(b) multi-elections 
(c) right to recall 
(d) referendum 
.
I have explained it here. And by printing law-drafts to bring above 4 changes in India, we can become equal to USA, or even ahead, within just a few years.
