Biggest "exploitation" these days isnt wage exploitation i.e. "employer is under-paying", but it is land-price exploitation i.e. we are overpaying for land 10 times.

Most employees think that their employer is "exploiting" them by underpaying. May be your exployer is underpaying , maybe he is not underpaying.
.
But what is fact is that you are overpaying for land by almost 10 times !!
.
The cost of URBAN land is cost of converting raw land into urban land. eg consider a raw barren land of say 100 sqkm. Now how much will it cost to add roads, water lines, sewer lines, electricity lines, phone lines, creating bus stations etc. All this by today's price will be no more than Rs 2000 per sqmt or Rs 5000 per sqmt. Whereas cost of land we are paying is Rs 50000 per sqmt to Rs 200,000 per sqmt
.
The so called union leaders also always insist on focusing ONLY on wage explotation and insist on ignoring land-price exploitation !! And paideconomists to have refused to discuss the topic of "cost price of urban land".

The urban land price has soared because SoMoKe collude with land-mafia , and have refused to impose wealth tax and instead insist on GST / VAT / Service Tax / Excise etc

And SoMoKe-andhbhagats too have refused to impose wealth tax and instead insist on GST / VAT / Service Tax / Excise etc

Solution I propose is --- please unfriend ALL SoMoKe-andhbhagats. They are all timepass people
