PM teacher's day celebration --- question fixing / parrotting and scripted answers

Last year also, the questions were all fixed and answers were pre-scripted.
.
Last year , I had made suggestions that PMO should upload a TRAILER i.e. upload PORTIONS of the fixed questions and scripted answers before the show so that people can see them before show starts. Just like many movies upload a TRAILER
.
Whatever I wrote last year i.e. 5-sep-2014 applies this year as well
.

1. NaMo's question-answer with kids was all fixed !! The kids were only parroting what the teachers told them, and teachers were given questions by senior officials via SZI . IOW, whole interaction was fixed, just as all interviews of SoMoKe, RaGa etc are all fixed.

2. NaMo had ordered SZI to order schools to listen to NaMo's speech and later NaMo's QA with kids. Many schools end before 2pm, and those schools were ordered by SZI to keep students till session ends. And schools were told that outside officials will visit them to supervise the attendance !!
.
3. All this was an act of self promotion. If one uses his own money and his own appeal for self promotion, it is fine. But NaMo has used Govt money, Govt power and students' time for his self promotion !! And he got away with it !!
