The myth of SoMoKe's "development" politics

SoMoKe are spreading a thought that -- "the only thing that the activists need to do is to get votes for them, and bingo .. there will be 'development' and 'growth'", IOW, as per SoMoKe , the activists MUST NOT take interest in publicizing law-drafts that SoMoKe do not approve. And SoMoKe alone are sufficient for growth.

Well, this "tall leader brings growth" has never happened in world till date. In West and Japan, the growth aka development came MAINLY from private players --- not from Kings, Ministers, IAS etc . The "core" Govt i.e. Kings, Ministers , IAS , judges , IPS , Military etc did the following tasks --- (1) reduce external attacks, (2) reduce crimes (3) reduce corruption and (4) reduce intentional / unintentional harassments . And (5) Ministers / IAS / engineers in Govt created roads , railways, electricity lines, phonelines , but here bulk of work was done by private players. But that (1) to (5) happened only after activists in West pushed for law-drafts that reduced corruption and intentional and unintentional harassment !!

And the non-West/Japan countries grew mostly via FDI. And their growth will get reversed when FDI-owners decide to end the show.

IOW, growth across world came due to FDI OR growth came due to law-drafts that the activists pushee. Growth never came due to Kings , Ministers , IAS, judges . So all in all, tall claims , that "SoMoKe are sufficient to bring growth and activists should confine to SoMoKe-puja" are farce and fallacies.

1. The West's, growth came due to private players and "activists" and not due to men inside govt !!!

Lets see how West achieved growth aka development.
.
The material growth basically comes due to engineering , medicine etc . Here, growth can come by addition of labor / capital OR by TECHNICAL innovation. Once all available capital and labor is added, only source is innovation and then large scale deployment of that innovation.

Now almost all TECHNICAL innovations came by private players and very few came from men inside govt. The main reasons are ---

A) Technical Innovations come from specialists such as engineers , doctors etc
.
B) Most men at apex levels in Govts are and have been generalists, , or at best , ex-specialists. They no longer have time for creating technical innovations.

The generalists do sometimes make LEGAL \ ADMINISTRATIVE innovations which improve the working conditions for specialists , and so rate at which technical innovations come increase. But making such LEGAL \ ADMINISTRATIVE innovation need a lot of mathematical \ analytical skills and need CONSTRUCTIVE ANALYTICAL skills, which again, most generalists till date have been lacking, across world.

Also there are two types of LEGAL INNOVATIONS --- one that benefit elitemen , may or may not be at the cost of commons, And second, which benefit commons as well as nation as a whole, but elitemen stand to lose. The apex-men in govt very quickly accept innovations which benefit elitemen (eg creation of concept called as company and limited liability), even if that concept were to damage commons (eg GST). But if a legal concept benefits commons as well as nation, but hurts elitemen, then apex-men inside govt have almost always opposed it (eg Jury System, wealth tax, multi-elections etc).

The West grew mainly because West adopted law-drafts that enabled the technical innovators to preserve their wealth from getting confiscated by elitemen and officers. Examples of such law-drafts are -- Jury System, wealth tax, lesser excise, lesser/no GST \ VAT , multi-elections and so forth.

If West had not adopted these law-drafts , then technical innovators would have ended up spending a huge amount of time in protecting their wealth, and even then would have ended up losing a huge part of their wealth their own elitemen and officers.

The apex-men in government of West did increase growth by creating roads, railways, electricity lines, phonelines and lately internet lines. But here too, bulk of the work is done by private contractors. The govt staff only does allocation and supervision. The innovations are done by private persons in these respective fields.

So if we study West , growth came NOT by people inside Govt, but by private persons. The men inside Govt namely Kings, officers, Ministers etc did protect private persons from criminals etc.But a real problem has been --- who will protect the wealth creators from elitemen / Ministers / officers / judges etc. via corruption or regressive law-drafts. I repeat --- a real problem was --- who will protect the wealth creators from Ministers / officers / judges etc. via corruption or regressive law-drafts.

And here, it was ACTIVISTS to forced Kings / MPs etc to print law-drafts that would reduce corruption , harassment , regressive tax structure etc.

So summarizing, growth in west did NOT come due to men inside govt. The men inside govt did do the day today jobs, but KEY TECHNICAL innovations came from private .persons and KEY LEGAL innovations came into force due activists efforts.

2. So , can "growth in India" come due to "men inside govt"?
.
SoMoKe are creating a myth that , for growth, activists should / MUST confine to gathering votes for SoMoKe , and need not and MUST NOT campaign for law-drafts that SoMoKe dont approve !!! IOW, SoMoKe , without any activism will bring law-drafts that India needs, even if the law-drafts are against the interest of elitemen and elitemen hate these law-drafts.

This a fallacy --- because SoMoKe's own support in activists as well as voters heavily depends on paidmediamen who work for elitemen. And worse, the power of videshi elitemen aka US-elitemen aka MNC-owners aka FDI-bringers over paidmediamen as well as over local elitemen is increasing day by day.

So SoMoKe are simply NOT in position to print law-drafts that videshi elitemen dont like. So SoMoKe will only persue law-drafts like GST , inheritance tax (which taxes local Indian elitemen's wealth and imposes zero burden on videshi elitemen's property in India). And SoMoKe will keep opposing law-drafts like JurySys , RTR-judges etc .

So inefficiency of India's factory owners will remain higher compared to factory owners of USA. So the ratio of India-strength / US-strength will go on decreasing. And we will se repeat of 1750s.

So all in all, SoMoKe can ONLY bring FDI ---- SoMoKe cannot create FDI-less growth aka real growth.

3. SOLUTION I propose.
.
The solution I propose is that activists should publicize law-drafts , which enabled West to grow without FDI , such as JurySys draft, RTR-judges-draft, RTR-police-chief draft,. wealth tax draft, DDMRCAM-draft aka MRCM-draft, , TCP-draft etc. SoMoKe have opposed all this drafts and indirectly asked all activists NOT to publicize these drafts and oppose these drafts. So SoMoKe-andhbhagats will continue to oppose these law-drafts as well as oppose the proposal to publicize these law-drafts. So we need to carry this movement with non-andhbhagats. This drastically reduces headcount as some over 80% of activists have become SoMoKe-andhbhagats , due to constant SoMoKe-coverage by paidmediamen in past 5 years.

But against all odds, if the non-andhbhagat activists to manage to inform lakhs of activists and crores of voters , and convince them to post DRAFTS of these law-drafts on their FB-profiles and send orders to MPs via SMS, then chances that SoMoKe will be forced to print these law-drafts against their will increases.

And if these law-drafts get printed in Gazette, then inefficiency of India's factory owners will reduce. And so we can have REAL FDI-less growth in India.

Otherwise, left to SoMoKe, we will only have FDI-led growth and then party will end when FDI-owners decide to call it end.
