Overall RRG-tasklist --- what are the tasks and how big are the tasks , that we recallists need to do and get done from others ---- to make India at par with USA? And how can we recallists may manage to get enough activists / citizens / engineers / money to do all these tasks?

Many activists ask me --- what are all tasks we will need to do and get done.to make India at par with USA?. In this status post, I have enumerated the list.

IMO, we recallists need to inform some 70 crore voters about TCP-draft , RTR-drafts and 20 to 100 such drafts. So we recallists will need to print over 70 crore pamphlets, crores of books, crores of DVDs and deliver them to 70 crore voters !!! Or we need to convince voters to buy these booklets \ DVDs at magazine stores. The cost of printing plus delivery per voter is at least Rs 400 per voter , totaling over say Rs 28000 crores.

1. First task --- "informing" over 70 crore voters about 20-100 law-drafts and convincing them to read the drafts.

IMO, we recallists need to inform some 70 crore voters about TCP-draft , RTR-drafts and 20 to 100 such drafts. So we recallists will need to print over 70 crore pamphlets, crores of books, crores of DVDs and deliver them to 70 crore voters !!! Or we need to convince voters to buy these booklets \ DVDs at magazine stores. The cost of printing plus delivery per voter is at least Rs 400 per voter , totaling over say Rs 28000 crores.
Now more difficult question is --- how to convince 70 crore voters to read these pamphlets and watch these DVDs?

The voters will read pamphlets if (a) paidmedia praises these pamphlets OR (b) activists they personally know praises pamphlets and asks them to read
.
Paidmedia is non-option for us. And so it is important that a voter receives pamphlets via a voter or an activist personally known to him. Merely sending pamphlets and DVDs will NOT suffice. I repeat --- the pamphlets / DVDs must reach to a voter via a voter or an activist he knows personally. Now, an average activist will be be able to convince some 1000 voters. So we need 70 crore / 10 / 1000 = 70,000 activists at least. And since there will be some duplication in contacts, I am putting requirement as thrice. So we need at least about 200,000 activists to "inform" 70 crore voters, .

There is one important reason why we will need to inform voters via activists, and NOT via paidmedia. Because a voter obtained by paidmedia is a liability and not an asset. We have to constantly pay paidmediamen to keep that voter connected. But if a voter is obtained via an activist, then that attachment is almost permanent and needs no additional money spending every month..

(aside --- who is an activist? And how many activists are there in India? An activist is a person who is willing to spend his own money and also willing to give time to improve / save India , and getting money / fame / career are not pre-requisites for him. Now IMO there are several lakh activists in India. Not all would join RTR-movement. But if about 200,000 activists across India give 4 hours a week to RTR-law-drafts, then we can successfully finish task-1 in a few months)

As of now, we recallists are some 500 in number scattered across India. So we 500 recallists need to convert more and more activists into recallists, Now what if we recallists fail to convince 200,000 activists to spend 4-6 hours a week to inform voters about RTR-drafts? Then --- IMO, we recallists lost.
.
Now one may ask --- how did I derive that we need 200,000 activists. That is a ball park number. What I mean is --- we surely need more than a few thousand and we dont need crores of activists. What is essential to know is that --- number is large enough that one recallist wont be knowing even 1% of fellow recallists. So working method should be so that without knowing all eachother , and without complete communication, we can proceed.

Summarizing chapter-1, the first task is to "inform" 70 crore voters about RTR-drafts . And the sub-tasks are

(1a) reach lakhs of activists
.
(1b) convert some 200000 activists into recallists --- i.e. convince lakhs of activists to spend money in making RTR pamphlets / DVDs and distribute them to 70 crore voters, and also hold meetings
.
(1c) AND convince voters to spend time and give focus in reading drafts.
.
This (1c) is the most difficult of all tasks. And thats why we need activists and not paidmedia. The paidmediamen will never convince voters to read drafts. Because when a voter reads drafts, he becomes more informed and analytical. And last thing paidmediamen want is well informed and more analytical voters. So paidmediamen will never ask voters to read law-drafts.

2. Second task --- convince over 45 crore voters to send orders to MP via SMS.
.
The first task is --- we need to convince 200,000 activists to convince 45 crore voters to read RRG-drafts. I explained that above.

The second task is to convince at least 45 crore voters , that each voter should send orders to MPs via SMS.. This task is to be done along with task-1. As recallists explain RRG-law-drafts to the voters, the activists should request voters to send order to MP via SMS.
.
Which orders? The orders to print whatever law-drafts that that voter supports. IOW, we need to convince over 45 core voters to decide which law-drafts he supports and then convince him to send order to his MP via SMS to print that law-drafts. And we recallists need 45 crore voters to send such SMS.
.
So again, we will need some 200,000 activists. It is NOT possible to convince 45 crore voters via paidmediamen.
.
And the SMS must have URL to the law-draft or / and md5hash of the law-draft or sha2hash of that law-draft. And please note order must be sent via SMS and not postcard or email or FB-message. The SMS must have URL and / or md5hash or sha2hash of the law-draft. This is important --- SMS without SMS / hash is useless.
.
And SMS must be sent by voter when activist is NOT around. i.e. no "influence of nearness" and at least 2 says after the activist explains SMS sending

(2a) say a recallist activist presented Tcp.India law-draft given athttps://www.facebook.com/ProposedLawDrafts/posts/521586644673979to a voter

(2b) say the voter agrees that Tcp.India is good for him and India
.
(2c) Then we recallists need to ensure that the voter sends order to MP via SMS to print Tcp.India draft. The SMS must have this url or must have any url to exactb same draft or must have e8efdfb4bdf7c6ebc4b553515cda28d2 or must have
dbf7887960fa07f203deeccfebdd897e6e45a3777aefe853680b471ba3fb7dfb , or all of them.

(2d) and In same way , we need to convince over 45 crore voters to send URL , md5hash or sha2hash of the law-drafts they support.
.
Now, lets say we recallists did manage to convert 200,000 activists into recallists. Say these 200,000 recallists did explain RRG-law-drafts to 70 crore voters. But what if 45 crore voters refuse to send orders to MP via SMS for these RRG-law-drafts?
.
Then IMO, we recallists have lost. We may give up or may keep working and waiting till 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS. But as long as voters refuse to send orders to MPs via SMS, we have NO way further. We cant ask MPs to print these law-drafts because we have NOT proved support.

3. Third task --- convincing over 45 crore voters that over 45 crore voters have sent order to MP via SMS .
.
Lets say 200000 activists did work to inform over 70 crore voters about law-drafts, And lets say 45 crore voters also sent SMS to MPs via SMS.
.
Then 3rd task is for us recallists is ---- (a) we need to convince over 45 crore voters TWO THINGS that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS. (b) we need to convince over 45 crore voters that every activists , every MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent this SMS demanding these law-drafts.
.
IOW, we need to make DRAFTS and SMS-SENDING part of "common knowledge". Please google on "common knowledge wiki" to know more about "common knowledge".
.
This is necessary to convince voters to ask MPs to "print RRG-drafts or resign".
.
So how can we convince 45 crore voters that "that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS" and "every activist / MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent SMSes".
.
Some 10 crore Indian voters are on FB / twitter.
.
We need to convince 5 crore FB / twitter using voters to take following steps
.
(3a) We need to convince at least 5 crore voters to share the urls , md5hashes , sha2hashes of the law-drafts they support on their twitter \ FB walls.
.
(3b) And on the FB / twitter post of these 5 crore voters, we need to convince each voter to put @HIS_MP_NAME and @PMO.
.
(3c) We need to convince over 5 crore voters of India on FB \ twitter to like \ share the status which has the law-drafts they support.
.
(3d) We need to convince over 5 crore voters on FB to make INDEX note which has links to all status post which has orders to MPs sent on FB / twitter, as well as md5hashes and sha2hashes of all the drafts he supports
.
(3e) We need to convince 5 crore voters to put the links to that FB note in the description of their profile as well as coverpage. image on FB
.
(3f) If a voter or an activist has access to FB / twitter, and he refuses to take above steps, then he should be assumed as non-supporter. I would request RTR-activists not to waste their time with such non-supporters. If a voter does NOT know how to use FB / twitter , then this doesnt apply on him.
.
Now if and when 5 crore voters have put above information on FB / twitter, we can convince 5 crore voters of India, that 5 crore voters of India have sent SMS to MPs. How? We recallists can ask a voter on FB to see the cover page of their FB-friends who are also real life friends. And see if the description of image has link to notes which has link to an FB-notes, which has list of all URLs , md5hases, sha2hases. And he can see / search for law-drafts supported and he is interested in. Later, one may be able to develop FB-app which parses the FB-notes and gives this information.
.
That way, each voter who is on FB, will be able to see how many of his friends support the RTR-lawdrafts. This will give him a good guess of average in whole country. Based on data of his friends, a voter on facebook can decide "whether 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS" or not.

Now there are about 10 crore voters in India capable of fluently using FB. We need to convince these FB-using Indian voters to check their 100 known friends on FB, if they have support RTR-drafts.

Now, what If 200000 recallists activists refuse to ask voters to make FB notes containing links to law-draft they want, then we lost !!
.
Now, what if 200,000 recallists do ask 5 crore voters of India to put SMS text on FB / twtitter etc ; but 5 crore voters refuse to put the SMS text on twitter / FB. and what if 5 crore voters refuse to create one FB note which has list of all URLs , md5hashes , shah2hashes of the law-drafts they have supported? Then we need to call it end. May be, we recallist lost. Or we can keep trying till 45 crore voters do agree,
.
But against all odds, say if we manage to convince over 5 crore voters in India to make a Facebook notes which has links to all twitter / FB posts where he had demanded the law-drafts he wants, then we can convince every FB-using Indian voter the supporter-count. And then based on that, he can decide what is the overall count in India.
.
As per voters not on FB , we need to make some peer-to-peer App which can inform every voter about what law-drafts people in his neighborhood supports.
.
Till such App is made and gets used, we need to convince every voter to select one trusted person as PROXY who is fluent with FB. That trusted person can create an FB account of the voter , and take the steps I had mentioned above. That way, "common knowledge" about RRG-DRAFTS and supporter-count can increase. And "common knowledge" about those who oppose RRG-drafts can also increase.

If over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS to print some specific law-drafts, then we have to execute 4th step.

4. Forth task --- convincing at least 543 activists to contest LS elections and convincing 5000 activists to contest MLA elections
.
We need to do this task from day-1. As more and more RRG-activists contest elections, the speed at which task-1 to task-3 will get increases.
.
Now is election contesting must? Why cant we do without this step.
.
Let me explain why election contesting is MUST.
.
Say task-1, task-2 and task-3 are done.
.
Then say MPs print the law-drafts that citizens have sent as orders via SMS. In such case, task-4 to task-7 arent needed. We can directly go to task-8. And we do NOT need election contesting.
.
But say that the existing MPs refuse to print these law-drafts.
.
Then AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh will NOT approach these MPs or PM !! Because these MPs had never promised RTR in their election manifesto. In fact, all of them had opposed RTR-drafts when contesting elections. So there is NO moral binding on them to print RTR-law-drafts.
.
So now question before us recallist is --- are there 543 recallists willing to become MP and print RTR-law-drafts?
.
If not, then RTR-drafts remain a soul with no body. And such soul have no value in politics and real life.
.
A law-draft is good ONLY if it can find 45 crore voters who support it, and 2 lakh activists who publicize it AND there 543 activists willing to become MP to print those law-drafts in Gazette. Otherwise, such law-drafts are only waste of time.
.
So at least 543 RTR-activists will need to contest elections in Loksabha and some 5000 in Assembly across India. And later we also need 200000 activists to contest local body elections across India.
.
Now election contesting must start as soon as possible.
.
In fact, task-1 to task-3 will happen ONLY after task-4 !!!
.
There is a dependency. Many voters will listen to RTR-drafts only if we have 543 activists willing to contest LS-elections and 5000 activists willing to contest MLA elections. Because many voters may rightly say "See, you recallists may be having great drafts. But what good are these draft, if you yourself dont have even 543 recallists willing to contest elections on this issue, and ready to become MPs".
.
So in a way, getting 543 MP candidates is the first of all tasks. And we need 5000 MLA candidates.
.
And later, citizens as well as we recallists will also need 10000 very skilled individuals willing to work as Collectors, Police Chiefs, DEO etc under RTR / Jury law-drafts, And we need 200000 very skilled persons willing to work as Tahsildaar etc under RTR / Jury law-drafts. Now , it may happen that existing DEO , SP etc will agree to work under RTR / Jury law,. But if they see that there are NO individuals willing to sork as DEO , SP , Tahsildaar etc under RTR / Jury laws, then existing SP , DEO will refuse to work under RTR / Jury laws. i.e. 20000 IAS / IPS etc incumbents will agree for change ONLY if there are individuals ready to replace them !!
.
So if we recallists cant find 543 MP candidates and 5000 Assembly candidates, then surely 70 crore voters will NOT put faith that recallists can find 20000 IAS / IPS and 200,000 Tahsalidar etc willing to work under RTR / Jury laws. So the 70 crore voters have a big reason why they should not listen to us at all.
.
We recallist cant tell 70 crore voters "See, first 1 crore voters must become RRP members. Only then, we will contest elections". Because too many voters would say "if you dont have even 500 activists willing to contest elections, then how do you propose to become a replacement of Congress / BJP / AAP ?". IMO, the activists must show their commitment FIRST before asking voters to join their movement.
.
So in a way, convincing 500 recallists to contest Loksabha elections and 5000 recallists to contest Assembly election becomes the FIRST task !!! Because only when activists have shown commitment, voters will pay attention to drafts and DVDs, and only then voters will agree to send orders to MPs via SMS.
.
Also, we recallist dont have 543 Loksabha candidates, then existing MPs have NO reason to print RTR-law-drafts. The existing MPs will show readiness to print DRAFTS ONLY if they see a replacement.
.
All in all, whether we list this election contesting as task-1 or task-4, is aside. But IMO it is a VERY CRITICAL task. Without 543 + 5000 recallists willing to contest Loksabha + Assembly elections , the movement comes to dead end. Without 543 and 5000 recallists willing to contest MP and MLA elections, IMO, not even 1 crore voters will listen to our drafts.

So finally, what if 543 + 5000 recallists refuse to contest Loksabha + Assembly elections? The we recallist need to accept defeat, And we lost without giving any fight to speak of.

5. Convince over 45 crore voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to resign
.
This task needs to be done ONLY after task-1 to task-4 are done, and existing MPs have refused to print RTR / Jury drafts.
.
After -- (a) we have 543 Loksabha candidates , and (b) after over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have ordered their MPs via SMS to print RRG-law-drafts, --- we recallist have moral right to ask voters to order MPs to resign via SMS. Of course, one alternative is to wait for next elections to come. But time is money , time is life. IMO, wasting time can prove to be very damaging to us. So if over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS , then we recallists should try to convince over 45 crore voters to order MPs via SMS to resign.
.
This is IMPORTANT step. But less critical, because some voters may decide to wait till next election comes. During that time, they may evaluate RRG-candidates and also work to pressurize existing MPs to print RTR-drafts.
.
So if 45 crore agree to order MPs via SMS to resign, then good. Otherwise, we recallists will have to wait till next Loksabha elections.
.
What if over 45 crore voters send orders to MPs via SMS to resign and yet the MPs dont reign? Then AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh will convince them to resign.

6. Sixth task --- convince over 45 crore voters to vote for RRP Loksabha / Assembly candidates
.
In the Loksabha / Assembly elections, we need to convince over 45 crore voters, or at least 25 crore voters to vote for RRG-candidates.
.
If over 45 crore voters have agreed to support RRG-draft, and agreed to send SMS to MPs, then this would NOT be a difficult task.
.

7. Seventh task --- dealing with scenario where RRP Loksabha members refuse to print RTR-drafts OR RRP PM cites lack of majority in Rajya Sabha as excuse?
.
Say 543 Loksabha candidates have started that they will print Tcp.India and other RRG-drafts. But after election, they refuse to print that draft. Then what options do RRG-activists and voters have?
.
Well, AMUS will take care of the situation.
.
So passing TCP in LS will get done. Now what if MPs cite lack of majority in Rajya Sabha as excuse?
.
Most RRP-drafts do NOT need majority in RS. They are simple GNs. So all of them can be passed. So co-operation of RS members is NOT needed.

SCjs can be easily expelled by citizens using Right to Recall Supreme Court judges GN. And SCjs cancel RTR-SCj GN then, AMUS will take care of SCjs.

9. Ninth task --- dealing with situation where IAS, IPS, junior officers, RBI officers , bank officers, PSU officers etc oppose and sabotage
.
Once RTR / Jury , comes, govt staff will have to work with near zero bribe, And once TCP comes, salary etc of govt officers will go to 1/3rd to even 1/4th. So a large number of govt employees across rank and file may try to sabotage the functioning of new administration.

How can activists deal with that situation?
.
IMO, the activists MUST NOT create a parallel govt which I call as "activistocracy". The efforts must be to improve govt and not create a parallel govt,. Whatever activists want --- it should be done via TCP , Jury and recallable police chiefs, Junior officers under Jury , and other recallable and under-Jury officers. I oppose all direct action by activists , except for self defense in surprise attacks,

As of day, there are about 700 districts and about 20000 Collector level officers such Collector, additional Collector, District Eductaion Officers , SP , DySP , Land Record Keepers etc. In addition, there are officers who maintain accounts and records and banks and all govt departments
.
What if they decide to sabotage the system?
.
Then activists , using RTR / Jury need to expel them. Using RTR , activists should get better seniro NODAL officers and using recruitment by written exams, get better junior officers.
.
Here, I would request all activists to remember one thing --- Chengez Khan never killed Engineers !!! And the word Engineer includes skilled technicians as well as scientists. And IMO it should be extended to include all doctors. And I am NOT talking about killing anyone at all. But I am talking about expelling those who cause sabotage.
.
And in addition to scientists , engineers, technicians and doctors, we also need to ensure that record keepers stay and dont sabotage, These days, across world, in all countries, record keeping has become more important than life saving medicines, Sabotage of records can do more damage than war.

Some of the problem can be reduced by making ALL land / flat ownership records public and then making sure that all sale / purchase / lease etc also get posted in public. Next, we would need to make all bank balances public (balances only , not all transaction). This may sound harsh, but stopping bank frauds in times of instability and rampant uncooperation of staff is possible ONLY if weekly bank balances balances are kept public. And we need to implement, what I have proposed as OPEN BITCOIN , where all transactions also become publicly known to all and reach to everyone who wants to keep record..So each citizen will have two channels to do banking transactions --- in one, transaction will become public and in another, it will remain confidential. In addition, cash notes will be there, But preventing counterfeit cash will become huge problem. Solution is nacrotest in public of those caught with counterfeit currency.

If a govt employee is suspected of causing sabotage, then he should be expelled, but decision MUST be taken by Jurors and NOT by activists. The most activists should do is to guide Jurors,. But final decision must be by the Jury and Jury alone. And the Jurors should be empowered to take narcotest of officer in public if necessary to know the truth.

With narcotest in public becoming common, most officers will NOT dare to sabotage the operations.

Now a question is --- (a) if existing 20000 Collector and above ranking officers declare that they dont want to work under RTR / Jury laws, and decide to resign, then do we have 20000 people who can replace them? (b) if existing 200,000 Tahsildaar level officers declare that they dont want to work under RTR / Jury laws, and decide to resign, then do we have 200,000 people who can replace them?

Answer --- Most engineers and technical specialists in existing govt will decide to stay. If needed their salaries can be raised.
.
And as per generalists, they can be replaced by citizens using RTR. And if existing ones decide to resign enmass or individually,then also within days, citizens using RTR / TCP will be able to appoint one of the local person as district head.
.
As such, chances are high that over 90% of the staff would accept new RTR / Jury law-drafts, accept total loss of bribe and will also accept 50% to 75% rfeduction in salaries !!! The probblem may be other way --- citizens due to hatred against existing staff because of corruption and high salarues they have enjoyed may resort to mass expulsions of govt officers and their replacement using TCP !! And in many cases, operations will NOT damage, So in such case, activists will NOT be able to stop mass expulsion of govt employees and their replacement.

The new setup based on RTR , Jury , Universally veriable Universal ID system, public crime records, public land ownership record, public share ownership records and OPEN BITCOIN will enable citizens to run all operations with much much less staff in govt and banks.

So all in all, using public disclosure of all land records, and using Jury / RTR and narcotest in public,. the problem of sabotage by govt employees or resignations can be dealth with.

The ONLY persons difficult to replace are engineers, doctors, and record keepers. Anyone else can be easily expelled and replaced. For example, each of the 25 SCj , each of the 700 HCj and each of the 17000 LCj can be expelled in one day, and replaced by Jurors and recallable next day, And no one will miss the expelled SCjs , HCjs and LCjs. And courts will run better.

And in general, once RTR / Jury based law-draft comes, EVERY person in Central / State / Local govt, who can be replaced, MUST be replaced. IOW, almost everyone except engineers and core-record-keepers should be expelled and replaced by new ones,

Also, a large cases of govt funding should end. eg Govts should paying salaries and pension to academicians not in science , medicine, engineering and maths. And the list is long.

10. And Tenth BONUS task --- Dealing with resistance from USA \ China --- overt armed, covert armed, economic , currency proliferation etc

This is THE toughest problem. Each time when a country adopts a new radically different system, elitemen across world unite to break it down.

eg1. When UK decided to execute King and give primacy to Parliament in 1650 AD, Kings across Europe wanted to defeat UK's Parliament. They could not because UK's Military was much stronger and English channel made if difficult for armies to cross

eg2. When USA replaced monarchy with system of elected Head of States i.e. President, many Kings Europe were willing to help UK to destroy USA. But again, UK's attempts failed becuase USA was too strong and ocean made it impossible for British soldiers to attack USA in large number
.
eg3. When Russia became communist in 1916 , several European countries gathered to destroy it
.
eg4. When Saddam tried to create an international currency backed by crude oil, and gold / silver, USA killed Saddam. And same was the case of Gaddaffi.

eg5. When India did Pokharan-2 against wish of USA , and India refused to allow in USA's insurance companies , USA gave money and weapons to Pakistan to do a Kargil on India. And Pakistan and India, both lost Kargil war,, and USA won the Kargil war without firing a bullet.

So if and when India's activists and voters force India's PM to print RTR / Jury drafts in Gazette , USA / China may (or may not) very likely fund Pakistan / Bangladesh etc to damage India by sending Kasabs or sending their armies,. A worst case scneraio can be direct attack from China , or even USA (eg USA attacking Libya , and Iraq). Another way USA / China may try to damage India is by raising aid to Naxaltes, Islamic terrorists in India etc. And it can also support currency proliferation i.e. enabling Pakistan to inject fake currency in India.

SOLUTION?
.
1. With RTR / Jury . MRCM , problem of naxalism will vanish. So USA / China will lose one handle to damage India.
.
2. Weaponization of commons i.e. giving guns to each and every citizen will reduce the damage Pakistani / Chinese armies can do in India.
.
3. Universally verifiable Universal ID system , and narcotest in public will enable Jurors of India to identify Bangladeshi infiltrators and expel them
.
4. Optional SGPC like structure over Hindu Sects will enable most Hindu sects to become as powerful as Sikhism. And so islamic terrorism will become ineffective. The local Hindus will deal with local Islamists as effective as Sikhs dealt with Islamists from 1700 AD to now,
.
5. Effect of fake currency can be reduced by taking back Rs 100 , Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, use OPEN BITCOIN, print law-drafts that reduce us of unaccounted income in land purchases, remove sales tax \ excise \ vat \ gst and instead use (wealth tax minus income tax), and give incentives to use bank card or cheques instead of cash. And use OPEN BITCOIN to record all cash transactions as well. Narcotest in public will reduce ability of criminals to inject fake currency in India. In addition, using note scanners at every joints will also reduce use of fake currency.

6. Jury System , RTR etc will improve factories in India and will increase weapon manufacturing and make India's weapon manufacturing at par with USA.

Now all except last steps can be done within few weeks to few months. But 5th step will take some time -- about 2 years. In between, Pakistani Army, if aided by USA / China, will certainly be able to do a lot of damage to India. One way to deter USA is to threaten USA, that if USA helps Pakistan, then India would try to convince African Americans and Hispanics of USA to seceede from USA !! This is expensive, but possible. And one reason why existing Congress , BJP , AAP leaders dont dare to raise heads against MNC-owners is --- USA's threat that USA would give weapons to Pakistan to hit India, And that threat will increase as India moves towards law-drafts such as RTR , Jury that would strengthen India .

So activists who want SERIOUS changes in Indian legal system must be prepared to face possibility, that USA / China may heavily arm Pakistan to attack India. And activists must think of material ways to survive that wat for at least 2 years to 3 years. If preparation plan is good, then USA / China may decide not to attack. After all, such attack will cost them too. and if India cant be defeated, then they may decide not to bear the cost.

So are RTR / Jury worth the price? Well, if we dont bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is GUARANTEED to become a "neo-slave" of India. The control will be via paidmedia and technological dependency, and ensuring that education system remains weak. A covert Military threat will be there --- but covert and not overt. If India doesnt bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is bound to become a giant Philippines or more than one giant Philippines .

So IMO, RTR / Jury etc law-drafts are worth the price, even if price includes possibility that USA/ China would give huge amount of weapons to Pakistan to attack India.

11. How can we get lakhs / crores of activists, citizens, engineers etc with all skills / training / intelligence to accomplish such huge tasks? And how can we get money to do all the tasks. .

I broadly divide citizens in a country into following category

1. Govt officers in general admin / record keeping

2. Soldiers / policemen
.
3. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors in Govt
.
4. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors in private sector
.
5. Labor
.
6. Investors - who made money due to labor, skills, luck or inheritance or via right / nefarious means have made a lot of wealth, and invested in businesses
.
7. Activists
.
8. Citizens at large
..
Now under new RTR / Jury based regime, will it be possible for India to attain same level of weapon manufacturing as USA? After all, success of RRG-activists is NOT forcing MPs to print these law-drafts, But success will be decided how good weapon manufacturing of India becomes after RTR/Jury drafts come,

Now weapon manufacturing requires highly skilled engineers , scientists, committed Ministers, investors and citizens who agree to let these 4 work. If RTR / Jury etc drafts come, then will we be able to have engineers / scientists as intelligent / skilled and productive as engineers / scientists in USA? Will investors agree to invest? Will we be able to have committed Ministers? And will citizens agree to give them tax money and let them work?

My answer is YES
.
Intelligence is uniform all across world. Every country has people as intelligent as people in USA --- not less and not more. After all, USA itself is made up of people across world.
.
But people are NOT equally productive across world.
.
The difference in productivity is ONLY because of the law-drafts and NOT genes or culture. Weather has some effect , but not much.
.
The productivity of engineers / scientists depends on how LESS is the false harassment caused to them by (a) false labor cases (b) govt officers (c) competitors (d) errant family members (e) public at large
.
Lesser the harassment, more the progress.
.
And other factor is --- of the wealth they generate, how much can they keep and how much do they have to give to society / govt for protection, distribution etc. More the money they can keep, more they can invest and innovate.
.
There are 10s of other factors, But all are determined by the law-drafts.eg Jury System reduced false harassment while judge system increases false harassment,. RTR reduces false harassment, referendum reduces false harassment, VAT / GST increases legal harassment , while wealth tax reduces false harassment, Regressive taxes reduce the income of consumer and so reduce opportunity for industry to grow. Flat taxes offer more opportunity to grow. Progressive tax is an illusion --- it is meant to cover regressive taxes !!!

Skills depend on lack of harassment, better tax laws, and competition. More the competition and lesser the harassment, more the new players. And so more is effort level in employers to add skills to their engineers and scientists, And so skill level increases. Skill does NOT come from colleges or schools, but comes only from functioning competitive factories !!!

And investors look for profits, Less bad tax laws, less harassment from govt etc increase profit margins, and so investors jump in. And if investors dont, then land prices will fall, wages will fall, and so profit margins will increase and so investors will come. IOW, once law-drafts are fixed, investors come.
.
Now will RTR / Jury based regime be able to get committed Ministers? Yes. Because RTR / Jury will reduce corrupt Ministers / officers at all levels. And so committed Ministers will face lesser hurdles in rising to higher levels.

Summarizing, RTR / Jury based law-drafts will ensure that skills of engineers / scientists increases, investors are well motivated and Ministers are committed as well as enabling. So we will manage to reach the level of USA. And if our law-drafts remain better than USA, than we may manage to overtake USA in a few years

12. Dependency
.
Election contesting is MOST important. Till 543 recallists contest LS elections and 5000 recallists contest Assembly elections, most activists and will NOT take RRG-activists as serious. So they wont even bother to read RRG-drafts !!! So questioning of activists liking RRG-drafts wont even arise.

Task-1 i.e. informing 70 crore voters about RTR-drafts, TCP-drafts etc is next priority. But along with task-1, we should start task-2 to task-4. Task-5 cant start ONLY after task-1 to task-4 are over. And task-8 to task-10 come ONLY after RTR-drafts are printed in Gazette,.

But as we recallists go ahead with task-1 , we should keep thinking about task-9 and bonus-task-10. The real success of RTR-movement is NOT in bringing RTR-drafts, but ensuring that after RTR-drafts come,, we survive the sabotage and over attack, and our science / engineering becomes as good as USA, and better.

13. Any short cuts? Any means to improve that will put less burden on activists?
.
The RTR-plan I have given is a lot of work. It would require some existing recallists to reach lakhs of activists and convert some 200,000 activists into recallists,. And these 200,000 recallists will need to reach 75 crore voters and convince them to read RTR , Jury etc DRAFTS. And along that, contest election. And technical ways and means to stop sabotage and survive war. It is a lot of work.

Is there any plan, which makes India a better place and is less heavy?
.
IMO --- NO.
.
There are several "plans" which improve India. But they hopelessly ignore the problem of rising foreign domination in India. And they also ignore the FACT that Military strength matters. And they also ignore the FACT that ratios of military strengths of India / China and India / USA is worsening day by day by day.
.
Essentially, these plans ignore long term threats on India and dont have any proposed means to improve the Military.
.
Also, most proposal makers ignore the fact that they will need support of either 2/3rd of the existing MPs , OR they also need support of 200,000 activists and at least 45 crore voters. Many of their proposals are something that MPs will reject. And so they also need support of 75 core voters and support of 200,000 activists. They have NO plan to read 200,000 activists and no plan to reach 75 crore voter. Essentially, their "plan" looks simple because it is horribly incomplete !!! It doesnt even have any estimate on the size of work.

In general, any political proposal that is NOT liked elitemen of India will need support of 200,000 activists as well as 45 crore voters. There is NO shortcut. And so it is MUST that proposal has plan to convince 200,000 activists.

So we have several HUGE tasks at hand.

(2b) say the voter agrees that Tcp.India is good for him and India
.
(2c) Then we recallists need to ensure that the voter sends order to MP via SMS to print Tcp.India draft. The SMS must have this url or must have any url to exactb same draft or must have e8efdfb4bdf7c6ebc4b553515cda28d2 or must have
dbf7887960fa07f203deeccfebdd897e6e45a3777aefe853680b471ba3fb7dfb , or all of them.

(2d) and In same way , we need to convince over 45 crore voters to send URL , md5hash or sha2hash of the law-drafts they support.

Now, lets say we recallists did manage to convert 200,000 activists into recallists. Say these 200,000 recallists did explain RRG-law-drafts to 70 crore voters. But what if 45 crore voters refuse to send orders to MP via SMS for these RRG-law-drafts?

Then IMO, we recallists have lost. We may give up or may keep working and waiting till 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS. But as long as voters refuse to send orders to MPs via SMS, we have NO way further. We cant ask MPs to print these law-drafts because we have NOT proved support.

3. Third task --- convincing over 45 crore voters that over 45 crore voters have sent order to MP via SMS .
.
Lets say 200000 activists did work to inform over 70 crore voters about law-drafts, And lets say 45 crore voters also sent SMS to MPs via SMS.

Then 3rd task is for us recallists is ---- (a) we need to convince over 45 crore voters TWO THINGS that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS. (b) we need to convince over 45 crore voters that every activists , every MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent this SMS demanding these law-drafts.
.
IOW, we need to make DRAFTS and SMS-SENDING part of "common knowledge". Please google on "common knowledge wiki" to know more about "common knowledge".
.
This is necessary to convince voters to ask MPs to "print RRG-drafts or resign".
.
So how can we convince 45 crore voters that "that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MP via SMS" and "every activist / MP / MLA / CM and PM know that over 45 crore voters have sent SMSes".
.
Some 10 crore Indian voters are on FB / twitter.
.
We need to convince 5 crore FB / twitter using voters to take following steps
.
(3a) We need to convince at least 5 crore voters to share the urls , md5hashes , sha2hashes of the law-drafts they support on their twitter \ FB walls.
.
(3b) And on the FB / twitter post of these 5 crore voters, we need to convince each voter to put @HIS_MP_NAME and @PMO.
.
(3c) We need to convince over 5 crore voters of India on FB \ twitter to like \ share the status which has the law-drafts they support.
.
(3d) We need to convince over 5 crore voters on FB to make INDEX note which has links to all status post which has orders to MPs sent on FB / twitter, as well as md5hashes and sha2hashes of all the drafts he supports
.
(3e) We need to convince 5 crore voters to put the links to that FB note in the description of their profile as well as coverpage. image on FB
.
(3f) If a voter or an activist has access to FB / twitter, and he refuses to take above steps, then he should be assumed as non-supporter. I would request RTR-activists not to waste their time with such non-supporters. If a voter does NOT know how to use FB / twitter , then this doesnt apply on him.
.
Now if and when 5 crore voters have put above information on FB / twitter, we can convince 5 crore voters of India, that 5 crore voters of India have sent SMS to MPs. How? We recallists can ask a voter on FB to see the cover page of their FB-friends who are also real life friends. And see if the description of image has link to notes which has link to an FB-notes, which has list of all URLs , md5hases, sha2hases. And he can see / search for law-drafts supported and he is interested in. Later, one may be able to develop FB-app which parses the FB-notes and gives this information.
.
That way, each voter who is on FB, will be able to see how many of his friends support the RTR-lawdrafts. This will give him a good guess of average in whole country. Based on data of his friends, a voter on facebook can decide "whether 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS" or not.
..
Now there are about 10 crore voters in India capable of fluently using FB. We need to convince these FB-using Indian voters to check their 100 known friends on FB, if they have support RTR-drafts.

Now, what If 200000 recallists activists refuse to ask voters to make FB notes containing links to law-draft they want, then we lost !!
.
Now, what if 200,000 recallists do ask 5 crore voters of India to put SMS text on FB / twtitter etc ; but 5 crore voters refuse to put the SMS text on twitter / FB. and what if 5 crore voters refuse to create one FB note which has list of all URLs , md5hashes , shah2hashes of the law-drafts they have supported? Then we need to call it end. May be, we recallist lost. Or we can keep trying till 45 crore voters do agree,
.
But against all odds, say if we manage to convince over 5 crore voters in India to make a Facebook notes which has links to all twitter / FB posts where he had demanded the law-drafts he wants, then we can convince every FB-using Indian voter the supporter-count. And then based on that, he can decide what is the overall count in India.
.
As per voters not on FB , we need to make some peer-to-peer App which can inform every voter about what law-drafts people in his neighborhood supports.
.
Till such App is made and gets used, we need to convince every voter to select one trusted person as PROXY who is fluent with FB. That trusted person can create an FB account of the voter , and take the steps I had mentioned above. That way, "common knowledge" about RRG-DRAFTS and supporter-count can increase. And "common knowledge" about those who oppose RRG-drafts can also increase.

If over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS to print some specific law-drafts, then we have to execute 4th step.

4. Forth task --- convincing at least 543 activists to contest LS elections and convincing 5000 activists to contest MLA elections
.
We need to do this task from day-1. As more and more RRG-activists contest elections, the speed at which task-1 to task-3 will get increases.
.
Now is election contesting must? Why cant we do without this step.
.
Let me explain why election contesting is MUST.
.
Say task-1, task-2 and task-3 are done.
.
Then say MPs print the law-drafts that citizens have sent as orders via SMS. In such case, task-4 to task-7 arent needed. We can directly go to task-8. And we do NOT need election contesting.
.
But say that the existing MPs refuse to print these law-drafts.
.
Then AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh will NOT approach these MPs or PM !! Because these MPs had never promised RTR in their election manifesto. In fact, all of them had opposed RTR-drafts when contesting elections. So there is NO moral binding on them to print RTR-law-drafts.
.
So now question before us recallist is --- are there 543 recallists willing to become MP and print RTR-law-drafts?
.
If not, then RTR-drafts remain a soul with no body. And such soul have no value in politics and real life.
.
A law-draft is good ONLY if it can find 45 crore voters who support it, and 2 lakh activists who publicize it AND there 543 activists willing to become MP to print those law-drafts in Gazette. Otherwise, such law-drafts are only waste of time.
.
So at least 543 RTR-activists will need to contest elections in Loksabha and some 5000 in Assembly across India. And later we also need 200000 activists to contest local body elections across India.
.
Now election contesting must start as soon as possible.
.
In fact, task-1 to task-3 will happen ONLY after task-4 !!!
.
There is a dependency. Many voters will listen to RTR-drafts only if we have 543 activists willing to contest LS-elections and 5000 activists willing to contest MLA elections. Because many voters may rightly say "See, you recallists may be having great drafts. But what good are these draft, if you yourself dont have even 543 recallists willing to contest elections on this issue, and ready to become MPs".
.
So in a way, getting 543 MP candidates is the first of all tasks. And we need 5000 MLA candidates.
.
And later, citizens as well as we recallists will also need 10000 very skilled individuals willing to work as Collectors, Police Chiefs, DEO etc under RTR / Jury law-drafts, And we need 200000 very skilled persons willing to work as Tahsildaar etc under RTR / Jury law-drafts. Now , it may happen that existing DEO , SP etc will agree to work under RTR / Jury law,. But if they see that there are NO individuals willing to sork as DEO , SP , Tahsildaar etc under RTR / Jury laws, then existing SP , DEO will refuse to work under RTR / Jury laws. i.e. 20000 IAS / IPS etc incumbents will agree for change ONLY if there are individuals ready to replace them !!
.
So if we recallists cant find 543 MP candidates and 5000 Assembly candidates, then surely 70 crore voters will NOT put faith that recallists can find 20000 IAS / IPS and 200,000 Tahsalidar etc willing to work under RTR / Jury laws. So the 70 crore voters have a big reason why they should not listen to us at all.
.
We recallist cant tell 70 crore voters "See, first 1 crore voters must become RRP members. Only then, we will contest elections". Because too many voters would say "if you dont have even 500 activists willing to contest elections, then how do you propose to become a replacement of Congress / BJP / AAP ?". IMO, the activists must show their commitment FIRST before asking voters to join their movement.
.
So in a way, convincing 500 recallists to contest Loksabha elections and 5000 recallists to contest Assembly election becomes the FIRST task !!! Because only when activists have shown commitment, voters will pay attention to drafts and DVDs, and only then voters will agree to send orders to MPs via SMS.
.
Also, we recallist dont have 543 Loksabha candidates, then existing MPs have NO reason to print RTR-law-drafts. The existing MPs will show readiness to print DRAFTS ONLY if they see a replacement.
.
All in all, whether we list this election contesting as task-1 or task-4, is aside. But IMO it is a VERY CRITICAL task. Without 543 + 5000 recallists willing to contest Loksabha + Assembly elections , the movement comes to dead end. Without 543 and 5000 recallists willing to contest MP and MLA elections, IMO, not even 1 crore voters will listen to our drafts.

So finally, what if 543 + 5000 recallists refuse to contest Loksabha + Assembly elections? The we recallist need to accept defeat, And we lost without giving any fight to speak of.

5. Convince over 45 crore voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to resign

This task needs to be done ONLY after task-1 to task-4 are done, and existing MPs have refused to print RTR / Jury drafts.

After -- (a) we have 543 Loksabha candidates , and (b) after over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have ordered their MPs via SMS to print RRG-law-drafts, --- we recallist have moral right to ask voters to order MPs to resign via SMS. Of course, one alternative is to wait for next elections to come. But time is money , time is life. IMO, wasting time can prove to be very damaging to us. So if over 45 crore voters agree that over 45 crore voters have sent orders to MPs via SMS , then we recallists should try to convince over 45 crore voters to order MPs via SMS to resign.

This is IMPORTANT step. But less critical, because some voters may decide to wait till next election comes. During that time, they may evaluate RRG-candidates and also work to pressurize existing MPs to print RTR-drafts.

So if 45 crore agree to order MPs via SMS to resign, then good. Otherwise, we recallists will have to wait till next Loksabha elections.

What if over 45 crore voters send orders to MPs via SMS to resign and yet the MPs dont reign? Then AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh will convince them to resign.

6. Sixth task --- convince over 45 crore voters to vote for RRP Loksabha / Assembly candidates

In the Loksabha / Assembly elections, we need to convince over 45 crore voters, or at least 25 crore voters to vote for RRG-candidates.

If over 45 crore voters have agreed to support RRG-draft, and agreed to send SMS to MPs, then this would NOT be a difficult task.

7. Seventh task --- dealing with scenario where RRP Loksabha members refuse to print RTR-drafts OR RRP PM cites lack of majority in Rajya Sabha as excuse?

Say 543 Loksabha candidates have started that they will print Tcp.India and other RRG-drafts. But after election, they refuse to print that draft. Then what options do RRG-activists and voters have?

So passing TCP in LS will get done. Now what if MPs cite lack of majority in Rajya Sabha as excuse?

Most RRP-drafts do NOT need majority in RS. They are simple GNs. So all of them can be passed. So co-operation of RS members is NOT needed.

8. Eight task --- dealing with situation where SCjs oppose RTR-drafts.

SCjs can be easily expelled by citizens using Right to Recall Supreme Court judges GN. And SCjs cancel RTR-SCj GN then, AMUS will take care of SCjs.

9. Ninth task --- dealing with situation where IAS, IPS, junior officers, RBI officers , bank officers, PSU officers etc oppose and sabotage

Once RTR / Jury , comes, govt staff will have to work with near zero bribe, And once TCP comes, salary etc of govt officers will go to 1/3rd to even 1/4th. So a large number of govt employees across rank and file may try to sabotage the functioning of new administration.

How can activists deal with that situation?
.
IMO, the activists MUST NOT create a parallel govt which I call as "activistocracy". The efforts must be to improve govt and not create a parallel govt,. Whatever activists want --- it should be done via TCP , Jury and recallable police chiefs, Junior officers under Jury , and other recallable and under-Jury officers. I oppose all direct action by activists , except for self defense in surprise attacks,

As of day, there are about 700 districts and about 20000 Collector level officers such Collector, additional Collector, District Eductaion Officers , SP , DySP , Land Record Keepers etc. In addition, there are officers who maintain accounts and records and banks and all govt departments

What if they decide to sabotage the system?

Then activists , using RTR / Jury need to expel them. Using RTR , activists should get better seniro NODAL officers and using recruitment by written exams, get better junior officers.

Here, I would request all activists to remember one thing --- Chengez Khan never killed Engineers !!! And the word Engineer includes skilled technicians as well as scientists. And IMO it should be extended to include all doctors. And I am NOT talking about killing anyone at all. But I am talking about expelling those who cause sabotage.

And in addition to scientists , engineers, technicians and doctors, we also need to ensure that record keepers stay and dont sabotage, These days, across world, in all countries, record keeping has become more important than life saving medicines, Sabotage of records can do more damage than war.

Some of the problem can be reduced by making ALL land / flat ownership records public and then making sure that all sale / purchase / lease etc also get posted in public. Next, we would need to make all bank balances public (balances only , not all transaction). This may sound harsh, but stopping bank frauds in times of instability and rampant uncooperation of staff is possible ONLY if weekly bank balances balances are kept public. And we need to implement, what I have proposed as OPEN BITCOIN , where all transactions also become publicly known to all and reach to everyone who wants to keep record..So each citizen will have two channels to do banking transactions --- in one, transaction will become public and in another, it will remain confidential. In addition, cash notes will be there, But preventing counterfeit cash will become huge problem. Solution is nacrotest in public of those caught with counterfeit currency.

If a govt employee is suspected of causing sabotage, then he should be expelled, but decision MUST be taken by Jurors and NOT by activists. The most activists should do is to guide Jurors,. But final decision must be by the Jury and Jury alone. And the Jurors should be empowered to take narcotest of officer in public if necessary to know the truth.

With narcotest in public becoming common, most officers will NOT dare to sabotage the operations.

Now a question is --- (a) if existing 20000 Collector and above ranking officers declare that they dont want to work under RTR / Jury laws, and decide to resign, then do we have 20000 people who can replace them? (b) if existing 200,000 Tahsildaar level officers declare that they dont want to work under RTR / Jury laws, and decide to resign, then do we have 200,000 people who can replace them?

Answer --- Most engineers and technical specialists in existing govt will decide to stay. If needed their salaries can be raised.
.
And as per generalists, they can be replaced by citizens using RTR. And if existing ones decide to resign enmass or individually,then also within days, citizens using RTR / TCP will be able to appoint one of the local person as district head.
.
As such, chances are high that over 90% of the staff would accept new RTR / Jury law-drafts, accept total loss of bribe and will also accept 50% to 75% rfeduction in salaries !!! The probblem may be other way --- citizens due to hatred against existing staff because of corruption and high salarues they have enjoyed may resort to mass expulsions of govt officers and their replacement using TCP !! And in many cases, operations will NOT damage, So in such case, activists will NOT be able to stop mass expulsion of govt employees and their replacement.

The new setup based on RTR , Jury , Universally veriable Universal ID system, public crime records, public land ownership record, public share ownership records and OPEN BITCOIN will enable citizens to run all operations with much much less staff in govt and banks.

So all in all, using public disclosure of all land records, and using Jury / RTR and narcotest in public,. the problem of sabotage by govt employees or resignations can be dealth with.

The ONLY persons difficult to replace are engineers, doctors, and record keepers. Anyone else can be easily expelled and replaced. For example, each of the 25 SCj , each of the 700 HCj and each of the 17000 LCj can be expelled in one day, and replaced by Jurors and recallable next day, And no one will miss the expelled SCjs , HCjs and LCjs. And courts will run better.

And in general, once RTR / Jury based law-draft comes, EVERY person in Central / State / Local govt, who can be replaced, MUST be replaced. IOW, almost everyone except engineers and core-record-keepers should be expelled and replaced by new ones,

Also, a large cases of govt funding should end. eg Govts should paying salaries and pension to academicians not in science , medicine, engineering and maths. And the list is long.

10. And Tenth BONUS task --- Dealing with resistance from USA \ China --- overt armed, covert armed, economic , currency proliferation etc

This is THE toughest problem. Each time when a country adopts a new radically different system, elitemen across world unite to break it down.

eg1. When UK decided to execute King and give primacy to Parliament in 1650 AD, Kings across Europe wanted to defeat UK's Parliament. They could not because UK's Military was much stronger and English channel made if difficult for armies to cross

eg2. When USA replaced monarchy with system of elected Head of States i.e. President, many Kings Europe were willing to help UK to destroy USA. But again, UK's attempts failed becuase USA was too strong and ocean made it impossible for British soldiers to attack USA in large number

eg3. When Russia became communist in 1916 , several European countries gathered to destroy it

eg4. When Saddam tried to create an international currency backed by crude oil, and gold / silver, USA killed Saddam. And same was the case of Gaddaffi.

eg5. When India did Pokharan-2 against wish of USA , and India refused to allow in USA's insurance companies , USA gave money and weapons to Pakistan to do a Kargil on India. And Pakistan and India, both lost Kargil war,, and USA won the Kargil war without firing a bullet.

So if and when India's activists and voters force India's PM to print RTR / Jury drafts in Gazette , USA / China may (or may not) very likely fund Pakistan / Bangladesh etc to damage India by sending Kasabs or sending their armies,. A worst case scneraio can be direct attack from China , or even USA (eg USA attacking Libya , and Iraq). Another way USA / China may try to damage India is by raising aid to Naxaltes, Islamic terrorists in India etc. And it can also support currency proliferation i.e. enabling Pakistan to inject fake currency in India.

SOLUTION?

1. With RTR / Jury . MRCM , problem of naxalism will vanish. So USA / China will lose one handle to damage India.

2. Weaponization of commons i.e. giving guns to each and every citizen will reduce the damage Pakistani / Chinese armies can do in India.

3. Universally verifiable Universal ID system , and narcotest in public will enable Jurors of India to identify Bangladeshi infiltrators and expel them
.
4. Optional SGPC like structure over Hindu Sects will enable most Hindu sects to become as powerful as Sikhism. And so islamic terrorism will become ineffective. The local Hindus will deal with local Islamists as effective as Sikhs dealt with Islamists from 1700 AD to now,

5. Effect of fake currency can be reduced by taking back Rs 100 , Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, use OPEN BITCOIN, print law-drafts that reduce us of unaccounted income in land purchases, remove sales tax \ excise \ vat \ gst and instead use (wealth tax minus income tax), and give incentives to use bank card or cheques instead of cash. And use OPEN BITCOIN to record all cash transactions as well. Narcotest in public will reduce ability of criminals to inject fake currency in India. In addition, using note scanners at every joints will also reduce use of fake currency.

6. Jury System , RTR etc will improve factories in India and will increase weapon manufacturing and make India's weapon manufacturing at par with USA.

Now all except last steps can be done within few weeks to few months. But 5th step will take some time -- about 2 years. In between, Pakistani Army, if aided by USA / China, will certainly be able to do a lot of damage to India. One way to deter USA is to threaten USA, that if USA helps Pakistan, then India would try to convince African Americans and Hispanics of USA to seceede from USA !! This is expensive, but possible. And one reason why existing Congress , BJP , AAP leaders dont dare to raise heads against MNC-owners is --- USA's threat that USA would give weapons to Pakistan to hit India, And that threat will increase as India moves towards law-drafts such as RTR , Jury that would strengthen India .

So activists who want SERIOUS changes in Indian legal system must be prepared to face possibility, that USA / China may heavily arm Pakistan to attack India. And activists must think of material ways to survive that wat for at least 2 years to 3 years. If preparation plan is good, then USA / China may decide not to attack. After all, such attack will cost them too. and if India cant be defeated, then they may decide not to bear the cost.

So are RTR / Jury worth the price? Well, if we dont bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is GUARANTEED to become a "neo-slave" of India. The control will be via paidmedia and technological dependency, and ensuring that education system remains weak. A covert Military threat will be there --- but covert and not overt. If India doesnt bring RTR , Jury etc law-drafts, then India is bound to become a giant Philippines or more than one giant Philippines .

So IMO, RTR / Jury etc law-drafts are worth the price, even if price includes possibility that USA/ China would give huge amount of weapons to Pakistan to attack India.

11. How can we get lakhs / crores of activists, citizens, engineers etc with all skills / training / intelligence to accomplish such huge tasks? And how can we get money to do all the tasks. .

I broadly divide citizens in a country into following category

1. Govt officers in general admin / record keeping

2. Soldiers / policemen
.
3. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors in Govt
.
4. Engineers , scientists, skilled technicians, doctors in private sector
.
5. Labor
.
6. Investors - who made money due to labor, skills, luck or inheritance or via right / nefarious means have made a lot of wealth, and invested in businesses

7. Activists
.
8. Citizens at large

Now under new RTR / Jury based regime, will it be possible for India to attain same level of weapon manufacturing as USA? After all, success of RRG-activists is NOT forcing MPs to print these law-drafts, But success will be decided how good weapon manufacturing of India becomes after RTR/Jury drafts come,

Now weapon manufacturing requires highly skilled engineers , scientists, committed Ministers, investors and citizens who agree to let these 4 work. If RTR / Jury etc drafts come, then will we be able to have engineers / scientists as intelligent / skilled and productive as engineers / scientists in USA? Will investors agree to invest? Will we be able to have committed Ministers? And will citizens agree to give them tax money and let them work?

My answer is YES
.
Intelligence is uniform all across world. Every country has people as intelligent as people in USA --- not less and not more. After all, USA itself is made up of people across world.

But people are NOT equally productive across world.
.
The difference in productivity is ONLY because of the law-drafts and NOT genes or culture. Weather has some effect , but not much.
.
The productivity of engineers / scientists depends on how LESS is the false harassment caused to them by (a) false labor cases (b) govt officers (c) competitors (d) errant family members (e) public at large
.
Lesser the harassment, more the progress.
.
And other factor is --- of the wealth they generate, how much can they keep and how much do they have to give to society / govt for protection, distribution etc. More the money they can keep, more they can invest and innovate.

There are 10s of other factors, But all are determined by the law-drafts.eg Jury System reduced false harassment while judge system increases false harassment,. RTR reduces false harassment, referendum reduces false harassment, VAT / GST increases legal harassment , while wealth tax reduces false harassment, Regressive taxes reduce the income of consumer and so reduce opportunity for industry to grow. Flat taxes offer more opportunity to grow. Progressive tax is an illusion --- it is meant to cover regressive taxes !!!

Skills depend on lack of harassment, better tax laws, and competition. More the competition and lesser the harassment, more the new players. And so more is effort level in employers to add skills to their engineers and scientists, And so skill level increases. Skill does NOT come from colleges or schools, but comes only from functioning competitive factories !!!

And investors look for profits, Less bad tax laws, less harassment from govt etc increase profit margins, and so investors jump in. And if investors dont, then land prices will fall, wages will fall, and so profit margins will increase and so investors will come. IOW, once law-drafts are fixed, investors come.
.
Now will RTR / Jury based regime be able to get committed Ministers? Yes. Because RTR / Jury will reduce corrupt Ministers / officers at all levels. And so committed Ministers will face lesser hurdles in rising to higher levels.

Summarizing, RTR / Jury based law-drafts will ensure that skills of engineers / scientists increases, investors are well motivated and Ministers are committed as well as enabling. So we will manage to reach the level of USA. And if our law-drafts remain better than USA, than we may manage to overtake USA in a few years

12. Dependency

Election contesting is MOST important. Till 543 recallists contest LS elections and 5000 recallists contest Assembly elections, most activists and will NOT take RRG-activists as serious. So they wont even bother to read RRG-drafts !!! So questioning of activists liking RRG-drafts wont even arise.

Task-1 i.e. informing 70 crore voters about RTR-drafts, TCP-drafts etc is next priority. But along with task-1, we should start task-2 to task-4. Task-5 cant start ONLY after task-1 to task-4 are over. And task-8 to task-10 come ONLY after RTR-drafts are printed in Gazette,.

But as we recallists go ahead with task-1 , we should keep thinking about task-9 and bonus-task-10. The real success of RTR-movement is NOT in bringing RTR-drafts, but ensuring that after RTR-drafts come,, we survive the sabotage and over attack, and our science / engineering becomes as good as USA, and better.

13. Any short cuts? Any means to improve that will put less burden on activists?

The RTR-plan I have given is a lot of work. It would require some existing recallists to reach lakhs of activists and convert some 200,000 activists into recallists,. And these 200,000 recallists will need to reach 75 crore voters and convince them to read RTR , Jury etc DRAFTS. And along that, contest election. And technical ways and means to stop sabotage and survive war. It is a lot of work.

Is there any plan, which makes India a better place and is less heavy?

IMO --- NO.
.
There are several "plans" which improve India. But they hopelessly ignore the problem of rising foreign domination in India. And they also ignore the FACT that Military strength matters. And they also ignore the FACT that ratios of military strengths of India / China and India / USA is worsening day by day by day.

Essentially, these plans ignore long term threats on India and dont have any proposed means to improve the Military.

Also, most proposal makers ignore the fact that they will need support of either 2/3rd of the existing MPs , OR they also need support of 200,000 activists and at least 45 crore voters. Many of their proposals are something that MPs will reject. And so they also need support of 75 core voters and support of 200,000 activists. They have NO plan to read 200,000 activists and no plan to reach 75 crore voter. Essentially, their "plan" looks simple because it is horribly incomplete !!! It doesnt even have any estimate on the size of work.

In general, any political proposal that is NOT liked elitemen of India will need support of 200,000 activists as well as 45 crore voters. There is NO shortcut. And so it is MUST that proposal has plan to convince 200,000 activists.
