Activists should force govt to enable voters to register their public key in voter-list and publish (voterid , publickey) list.

If apex leaders are even 1% sincere , then they should allow voters to appear at Collector / Tahasildaar office and register his public key !!! And rest, Torrent based SM will take care of.

The websites like MyGov may go on --- it is just a timepass. But if anyone wants to build a e-political-system , here is a simple, NECESSARY and sufficient way ---

(1) allow a citizen to register his public key at Collector's office or Tahsildaar's office or talati's office for a fee of Rs 5 .

(2) He may change the public key anyday
.
(3) The collector's office will publish (voterid , name , public key) list and changes every week.

Using this "govt maintained personal appearance based public key directory", activists and citizens can implement voting by crores of voters without any GoI or private website !!! IOW, whole TCP can be implemented by without ANY GoI or private website

The only counter argument is --- people dont know how to use public/private key. Well, thats non issue. Some 20 years ago, not many people knew hos to use cell phones. Today, some 70% population knows how to use it. Once Govt allows voters to register / change their public key and publishes the directory, apps / devices that can simplify its use will come. So argument that "people dont know how to use it" is useless.
