AIIMS which was to come Jammu has been ordered (by NaMo?) to shift venue to Kashmir !!! And recruitment policy of new AIIMS , as many who held one day bandh in Jammu say --- favors Kashmiri natives over Jammu natives !!!

If you have exact details on who ordered the shifting of AIIMS - JK location , pls cite.

AIIMS come under center. Or , is location decided by State? Then did JK BJP leaders order change of venue?

The day-long bandh in Jammu over the apparent shifting of AIIMS from Jammu to Kashmir Valley as well as the state's new recruitment policy continued on Friday (April 24) with reports of sporadic clashes between the people and police. The shops remained closed and traffic was off the roads in the city following the bandh called by Jammu Chambers of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), and supported by various political, social, transport and trade organisations. ....
