Are BJP leaders / workers willing to sell ALL their agriculural land at 4 times the CIRCLE RATE ? I can find them buyers if they want.

.I hear ALL BJP / RSS leaders / workers and ALL NaMo-supporters saying that "4 times compensation over CIRCLE RATE as proposed in NaMo LAB is a great idea" !!

Well, lets ask ALL BJP RSS leaders / workers to put list of ALL the agricultural plots they own directly or via trusts or via HUFs on net. And are they willing to sell any and every plot of their more just 4 times the CIRCLE RATE price?

To answer the question wrt myself ---- I am NOT willing because circle rates are often 20% or even less of market value. But yes, once law-drafts needed to reduce cash in land sales are printed in Gazette, I will be willing to sell ALL flats etc I have for mere twice the NEW circle rate within 30 days notice.

Now , to start with, EVERY BJP leaders / supporter opposes the proposal to put land ownership records on net !!! And when applied on themselves , they OPENLY refuse to give their plots for 4 times the CIRCLE RATE !!!

Moral of teh story is ---- Compensation MUST be linked to circle rate and there is no alternative. But question is ---- do NaMo / SoGa / ArKe , CoBhAp-leaders , NaMo-supporters have any sincere intention to reduce use of cash in land deals? Do they have any honest intention to ensure that CIRCLE RATES are at par with real market value? Answer is --- NO. All their life, CoBhAp-leaders and SoMoKe have opposed law-drafts needed to reduce cash in land deals. And their andhbhagats follow them blindly.

So all in all, "4 times the CIRCLE RATE" is a nothing but "4 times a nonsense". FIRST, we need law-drafts to reduce use of cash in land deals. And after that, the proposals like "4 times the circle rate" etc make sense.
