Effects of coming Net Partiality i.e. end of Net Neutrality

Net Partiality will be implemented as follows
.
1. Andhbhagats will NOT demand law-drafts needed to improve BSNL and increase competition in private telco. The non-anddhbhagats will fall short in numbers.
.
2. Due to (1), private telco oligopolies will manage to increase wire-Internet charges as well as wireless-internet charges to sky high that both remain unaffordable to bottom 80%.
.
3. Due to (1) , BSNL will remain defunct.
.
4. The telco using plans like Airtel Zero will make internet free for select websites and keep charges for rest of the internet high. So 80% to 90% population will see ONLY those websites which are on freezone.
.
5. Now if you are a business which depends on internet, then owners of Telco will give you a deal --- give us 50% of your equity and we will put you on FreeZone or else, we will NOT put you in FreeZone.
.
This will, owners of Telco will thus manage to get stake into a large number of businesses by using inactivity of the andhbhagats.
