Law Commission Head Ajay Prakash Shah makes a useless report on electoral reports ---- ban independents , opposes RTR !!

Well, what do you expect from such overpaid "experts" ?

And as always, Law Commission refuses to give law-drafts by which corruption and nepotism in supreme, high, lower courts can be reduced !!!

Solution is to print Right to Recall over Law Commissioner Chairman draft in Gazette so that Law Commission starts making useful reports.

Law Commission chaired by retired judge Ajay Prakash Shah has made one more utterly useless report.
.
In the report, it says that "independent candidates should be banned from contesting MP / MLA elections" . That will only increase number of political parties. But that is aside.
.
Imagine someone saying "small startups should be banned from making semiconductor chips ". And then citing statistics that most chips are made from large companies only !! Well, it is small companies which force large companies to change. IOW, in absence of new small companies . the large companies will not only collude, increase the product prices , but also reduce employees' salaries and thus kill innovations. It is new small companies which force large companies to raise employee's salaries , as well as promote innovations.

Same is in politics. Since 1950s , it has been small players who have forced large players to "absorb" their demand because of fear that small players can cut more and more and more votes. eg Congress in Gujarat accepted land reforms ONLY because small time activists were gaining huge following due to this proposal. And I can count 10s of such examples.

IOW, blocking independents means saying goodbye to all new trends , be good or bad, that voters can force large parties to accept by threat of voting for independent !!

And as expected, Commission members oppose Right to Recall. Thats is expected from any such paid-experts. But commission members, before opppsoing RTR , create a show in report that they are objectively covering the topic. Well, they did NOT. The report hides crucial facts from readers that USA has Right to Recall over Police Commissiners , judges, public prosecutors , district education officer etc etc. All that is is expected.

All in all, I wasted my time in reading this Law Commission Report. And sadly, I will have to ask you to waste you time reading this piece of trash. Please do read it.

How can we stop Commission members to print such junk and stop wasting voters' time? Solution i propose is to print Right to recall Law Commison Chairman (and Member) draft in Gazette. And use it to expel /replace them. Once a few such Chairman are expelled, the bext Chairman will ensure that they dont write trash and waste voters' time.
