NaMo orders BJP Ahmedabad MP Kiritbhai Solanki to issue a statement that "Ahmedabad cant be renamed as Karnavati". Solution? See last para.

The above Divya Bhasker link says that BJP Ahmedabad MP says that "renaming of Ahmedabad to Karnavati is now not doable !!"

Pls also see gujarat samachar 18-apr-2015 , saturday , page-2 column-4 . It has same news that "BJP MP Kiritbhai Solanki says that Ahmedabad will not be renamed to Karnavati" !!!

The news does NOT mention about NaMo's order to Kiritbhai Solanki.

But if you have any proof that NaMo didnt order him to issue this statement then pls show me NaMo's statement on twitter that he doesnt have control over BJP MPs. And please show me BJP spokesperson's statement that BJP Ahmedabad MP's statement is against the party line.

BJP fetched thousands of votes using Ahmedabad-renaming issue since 1990 !!! And now it is all over form BJP's side.

Solution?

IMO, those like myself, who do want Ahmedabad to be renamed should order their MPs via SMS with link to TCP to print TCP-law-draft in Gazette. Once TCP is printed in Gazette. Once TCP is printed in Gazette, citizens in India will be able to rename 10s of cities.
