NaMo proposed de-facto privatization of railway station.

Instead of using Jury System to reduce indiscipline in staff which manages railway stations, NaMo proposes private public partnership for railway stations , which is same as defacto privatization.

So this is massive improvement in govt owned monopolies which NaMo and his andhbhagats tout about. It involves herculean task of handing them over private, which will be mostly foreign, companies !!!

Solution I propose is to bring Jury System over Railway staff and also RTR over Railway Ministers.

And aside, e-auction is massive nonsense. Physical auctions which are televised on youtube / DD are better than e-auction. in e-auction, huge nonsenses happen eg Jindal getting coal mines for Rs 108 / tonne If buyer cant physically send a rep, then provide him video conferencing mechanism to attend auction. But LARGE VALUE auction MUST be phyisically visible .

e-auctions are good when commodiaties are small value and potekntial buyers are across huge areas, and margins are so small that buyers cant send representive and even video conferencing is not cost effective, eg if I am selling a small plot worth few lakhs then e-auction is useful, But is plot is owned by govt and is worrth 100s of crores of rupees , then e-auction must be followed by final physically visible auction.
