Parliamentary committee , its head , BJP MP Satyanarayan Jatiya and a key member BJP health minister J P Nadda reject proposal to try males between ages of 16 years and 18 years, who commit serious sexual violent offences as adults !!!

And it was NaMo who had ordered them to do so (proof : ask NAMo over twitter. And if YOU dont have time to ask over twitter,. pls dont waste your time on my wall)

We convinced over 20000 citizens to send orders to MPs via SMS to reduce the age for full punishments for serious violent sexual crimes from 18 years to 14 years. Due to the SMS , The Cabinet drafts "proposal" (proposal , not law) to try offenders between 16 years to 18 years as adults. Instead of sending proposal to Loksabha as bill, the Cabinet does a sick drama and sends it to some 2 bit committee. The committee is headed by BJP MP and a key member is BJP Health Minister. And then NaMo orders them to reject the proposal !!

So right hand of NaMo makes a proposal , and left hand of NaMo rejects it !!

And our SMS campaign fizzled out because volunteers thought that law has been changed !! NaMo fooled them. The volunteers didnt realize that NaMo had only sent a proposal to committee , not passed a law, and didnt even send legislation to Loksabha !!

The url http://tinyurl.com/ChangeJuvenileAge16 has law-draft by which juveniles of 16 or above will be treated as adults for serious sexual crimes.

And please dont waste time SoMoKe-andhbhakti. SoMoKe insist that age of full punishment should be 18 years. i.e. males below 18 years can commit whatever crimes they want , any number of crimes they want , and punishment should be mere three years only. Their talks on women safety is just crocodile tears.
