The internet neutrality is dying because those 15% who have been enjoying internet for past 10-15 years DID NOT take pains to force PM to print law-drafts needed to extend internet to remaining 85%.

And even now, instead of working to FORCE PM to print law-drafts that will make internet available to bottom 85%, all these 15% people do is shout e-slogans and send USELESS emails to corrupt TRAI Chairman !!

My request to ALL is NOT to waste time in sending emails to corrupt TRAI chairman and start studying the proposed law-drafts that FORCES and SUSTAINS net neutrality. CoBhAp and SoMoKe have NOT proposed any law-drafts because they all want net neutrality to be destroyed. Each one is heavily funded by large companies, who all stand to benefit when net partiality comes
