Delhi's Electricity Distribution companies overcharged consumers by Rs 8000 crore (over how many years? not given, and what % of total, again, not give).

The news are horrbly incomplete, because news should specify the amount over charged as % of total amount, and over how many years.

Solution I at Right to Recall Group propose is
.
1. Right toRecall Electricity regulator
,
2. Jury System over Electricity Regulator's staff.

3. RTR over Govt owned Electricity Distribution Companies
.
4. Jury System over staff of Govt owned Electricity Distribution Companies
.
5. Discoms should be required to use equipment which are made in India and made by companies 100% owned by Indian citizens.

(3) and (4) will make Govt electricity distribution companies so less inefficient, that private companies will NOT be needed in this field at all.

SoGa \ NaMo are both pro-corruption. So both have opposed the above proposed law-drafts.

ArKe is pseudo-anti-corruption. So ArKe has also opposed the above law-drafts !! And ArKe and the paidmediamen , who are paid by ArKe's sponsors keep repeating same litany that "see SoGa \ NaMo are pro-corruption and so vote for ArKe !!".

ArKe will only do what SoGa \ NaMo are doing --- hand over Discoms to foreigners !!! Already, most discoms are using equipment made in China / USA etc which pose security threat to India. And please note that so called "make in India", which is "made in India, made by Chinese" or "made in India , made by Americans" only INCREASES this threat.

So please dump SoMoKe-andhbhakti and please dump all your SoMoKe-andhbhagats FB-friends. And please work to piblicize RTR-drafts and Jury-drafts to reduce the mess.
