Why I support caste based reservation.

Here is stat on number of High Court judges , and number of OBC , SC , ST High Court judges
.
The data is only for 18 states. And the data may be 1-2 years old
.

So 88% Hcjs are general. obc + sc + st = 12 %
.
High Court judges are recruited by interviews and NOT by any written exam or merit. The interviews are held by corrupt / nepotic / nexused HCjs and SCjs.
.
Some obc / sc / st lawyers manage to become HCjs because of politicians' pressures on SCjs and HCjs. Otherwise left to SCjs / HCjs, 100% HCjs and SCjs, zero obc / st / sc would have made into high court
.
This is what would have happened in ALL govt depts , if there was no caste based reservation.
.
The so called anti-reservation-activists stand is --- do you have any proof that SCjs / HCjs etc have caste bias? And since ethere is NO documetary proof of caste bias, there is no caste bias and hence no reservation is needed !!
.
And at the same time, anti-reservationists oppose narcotest of SCjs / HCjs in public to determine if there was in caste bias or nepotic bias which resulted into such skewed selection.
.
Also, over 9 out of 10 anti-reservationisnt-activists DO NOTwant to waste their time in reducing corruption in judges, CMOs. PMOs, IPS, IAS etc either. Their pet argument is "first . we should focus on eliminating caste reservation. ONLY AFTER (AFTER) we should work to reduce corruption in judges , Ministers, IAS, IPS etc"

Anyway, grand logic of anti-reservationist is welcome to them/
.
My point is --- caste / nepotic bias is rampant in supreme court judges, high court judges, IAS, IPS, etc.
.
And so, I support caste based reservation.
