Gujarat Govt is spreading lie is that reservation must be below 50% as per Supreme Court order !!!. This is a semi-lie and huge semi-lie.

Tamil Nadu has been having reservation of 69% for decades and decades

Supreme Court judges did rule that reservation should be below 50% . But , if the law-draft which makes reservation higher than 50% , say 69% is put in 9th schedule in constitution, then SCjs' judgement doesnt apply.

Also, SCjs can be asked to change the judgement and SCjs can be expelled if they refuse to change the judgement and replaced by SCjs who are willing to change the judgement.

IOW, Gujarat Govt is OPENLY and OFFICIALLY using newspaper advt spreading a huge half-lie as fact.

And those who want proof that NaMo had ordered CM to print this avdt --- pls show me twitter statement from NaMo that Gujarat Govt is no longer under his political control.

Now, I am supporter of caste based reservation for Dalits, ST, OBC etc. I oppose reservation on economic basis. It is a useless proposal in country where millions of millionaire have all their income in black rupees and so can officially get BPL certificates.

I also oppose reservation for women.
.
I am opposed to the proposal that Patels should be included in OBC list, I do NOT oppose law-draft of putting 15% caste based reservation for Patels and putting reservation for ALL castes including Brahmins.

I had proposed a law-draft in 2011 than SC , ST and OBC should be made to FIRST apply in their quota and then apply in general quota. But SoMoKe opposed this law-draft and so did SoMoKe-adhbhagats.
