RSS-apex has refused to submit law-drafts to reduce caste discrimination and nepotism in Indian courts and administration AND RSS-apex from 1951-2009 has been demanding end to caste based reservation !!!

pls google on RSS sudarshan reservation and you will find 10s of statements of RSS-ex-chief R S Sudershan against caste based reservation in 2008-2009 In addition, there are 10s and 100s of statements from RSS-apex against reservation. It was only in 2014 , it was clear that NaMo cant win without Dalit / Tribal / OBC votes. So NaMo asked ST / SC / OBC leaders to support him for PMship. And so these SC / ST / OBC leaders forced NaMo to force Mohan Bhagawat to issue statement in favor of reservation. So only in 2013-2014 , Mohan Bhagwat, issued a half baked statement in favor of SC / ST reservation. Mohan Bhagwat till date has NOT supported reservation for OBCs though. And even during recent reservation related crisis in Gujarat in aug-2015 , RSS-apex insisted on total silence !!!

And RSS-apex till date has refused to propose law-drafts to reduce castism / nepotism rampant in courts / administration / police of India !!! When asked to provide law-drafts to reduce casteism, their statements are ":we are NOT here to fix laws , our goal is to improve national characters and moral values of Indians ; our goal is to protect India and protect Hinduism blah blah blah "

IOW, when it comes to reducing casteism / nepotism rampant in supreme court, high courts , lower coursu, ias, ips, ministries etc, RSS-apex insists on silence. And when it comes to caste based reservation, RSS-apex LOUDLY demanded end to caste based reservation till 2008, kept silence from 2008 to 2013, and in 2013-2014, it gave half baked support to caste based reservation.

Here I would like to make my views clear on issue of rampant caste discrimination
.
1. First the caste discrimination and nepotism exists. A large number of anti-reservation "activists" insist that since there is NO documentary proof that such discrimination exists , no such discrimination exists !!! This is like saying that "there is no proof of corruption against 99% ministers, ias, ips , judges ; and so 99% ias, ips, judges, ministers are non-corrupt !!" . So finally, each one on his own. Those who insist on believing in that there is no castism / nepotism in judges, ministers, ias , ips etc are free to oppose reservation without alternate remedy, And those, like myself, who believe, that there is rampant casteism / nepotism in judges, ministers , ias . ips , may insist on caste based reservation till law-drafts to reduce effects of casteism / nepotism in courts , administration, police etc are in place.

2. Almost ALL who oppose cste based reservation , AFAIK have NEVER EVER proposed any law-drafts to end casteism / nepotism in Ministers, IAS, IPS, judges. They have never publicized any such law-drafts via newspaper advt or other means.

3. I have proposed several law-drafts to reduce EFFECTS of nepotism / casteism in courts / administration, such as Jury System, RTR-judges, RTR-police-chiefs etc etc. But that is all side discussion. Here I want to write on reservation issue ONLY.

4. As long as casteism / nepotism is rampant in courts / admin / police, IMO, caste based reservation MUST stay.

5. I have proposed law-drafts to reduce CBR = Caste based Reservation with approvals of poor Sc / ST / OBC , and proposed other changes in caste based reservation. The law-drafts are at

(5.1) I have proposed a law-draft that will reduce reservation from 49% to 5% of may be less , at cost of Rs 1000 per YEAR per Dalit / ST / OBC i.e. about Rs 84000 crores per year, which will increase existing taxes by about 5% . (5.3) Another proposed law-draft is --- if % of job holders belonging to a sub-caste in a Govt, including its PSUs , is more than their % population of that sub-caste , then reservation for that sub-caste will be suspended for a few years. The "activists" who want to end reservation but contribute ZERO rupees to give newspaper advt for law-drafts to reduce castism / nepotism in admin / courts / police, will only ruin India further and further.

And so IMO, those who want IMPROVEMENT in India , should shun those "activists" who want to end rservation BEFORE reducing castism / nepotism in courts , admin , police etc. IMO , activists should FIRST work to reduce casteism / nepotism in courts / admin /. police , and till that happens, they should support caste based reservation. And only when EFFECTS of casteism / nepotism has reduced , there is a case to reduce CBR.
