Supreme Court judges give bail to Vismay Shah , who was driving BMW in Ahmedabad at speed of 120 kmph , and had killed two persons who were on a scooter.

Vismay Shah was convicted by a Lower Court judge , and the Lower Court judge has sentenced him for 5 years. The High Court judge had denied bail.
.
But Supreme Court judges have given him bail.
.
Now the High Court judges will take some 5 years to 20 years to decide on the appeal. And then the supreme judges will take another 10 years to 30 years to decide on appeal.
.
So prison sentence will never get served.

Solution?

The solution I propose to this mess is Jury System , Right to Recall judges, and that Jurors can order narcotest in public.
