Pay Rs 12 per year and upon death , family members get Rs 200,000 !!

Say whole India pays Rs 12 per year. So money cpllected every year Rs 12 * 125 crore = Rs 1500 crores

Every year, over 1 crore persons die
.
So outgo = Rs 200,000 * Rs 1 crore = Rs 200,000 crore , over 13 times the inflow !!!
