OBCs who earn over Rs 6 lakhs per year (income of wife plus husband) , their children DO NOT get OBC reservation benefits in education or jobs.

There is no such creamy layer restrictions for SC / ST. But for OBCs , it is there.

Now many wealthy non-salaried OBCs do manage to get non-creamy layer certificate by

(a) confining to income in cash

(b) taking cheque income in the names of trusted relatives
.
And same two problems will come if reservation is implemented for economically poor !! Those who have cash incomes in lakhs and crores will easily manage to get "poor" certificates
