Many British companies such Hindustand Lever etc own huge huge amounts of land in India, which they got for near zero price in British days. SoMoKe have refused to disclose their land ownership details and also refused to impose wealth tax on their lands !!!

This is why I dont wish Happy Independence Day to anyone.

A big source of profits in so called FMCG companies is profits they earn on sale of their land, or deemed profits they earn because they already possess land , which competitor doesnt and has to buy !!
.
During British days, British companies like Hindustan Lever , ITC etc got huge tracts of lands for free. They sell these plots for huge profits and show that profits came from sale of goods to cover the fact that profits are coming from land sale.
.
This damages their small competitors who have to buy the land to start their operations.

SOLUTION?
.
Solution I propose is to disclose ALL land ownership details of ALL plots in India.

And impose wealth tax equal to ( 2% of land value MINUS income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid minus electricity tax paid minus excise and other taxes paid MINUS wealth tax credit of previous year,
.
This will ensure that companies and individuals with huge VACANT and UNUSED lands will have to pay huge tax.
.
SoMoKe have refused to disclose land ownership details to people of India. And SoMoKe-andhbhagats shamelessly support this act of SoMoKe !!
.
And SoMoKe have also opposed to impose wealth tax on land !! And as always, the uber faitherful and uber obidient SoMoKe-andhbhagatshave started opposed wealth tax and started supporting GST !!
